They grilled the barbecue close to the tent. Kingsley set up a fire outside the tent to keep them warm as they lay inside the tent, sipping from their sodas.
The night breeze wasn't so bone-chilling, it was moderate. The fresh smell of wet musky earth and smoke filled the air.
Cracking sounds came from the fire, setting up a romantic atmosphere for both couples who just silently enjoyed each other's company.
