She gently pushed Mia back and said jokingly, "If you keep hugging me like that, who knows what kind of thorns I'll attract during lectures."
Mia rolled her eyes and looked at Selena. "If anyone dares to taunt you, they'll have to deal with me first!" she said proudly.
Selena raised an eyebrow, pretending to be offended.
"I haven't even said a word, and I'm already getting blamed?" she said.
Then, turning toward Aurora, she added, "I really underestimated you. Every time I think you're an angel, you show me you're actually a devil."
Aurora chuckled softly. "If I don't stir up some chaos in your relationship, I'll feel heartache for losing my best friend," she said lightly.
Selena rolled her eyes, and just as she was about to reply, a cold, sharp voice interrupted from behind them.
"How strange," the voice said. "Some people are still playing house with their friends while their ex-boyfriend already has a new girlfriend."
