Third person POV
Upon seeing the arrival of Lyam and his entourage, those who saw it were taken aback and alerted because of his position in the country. Some of them went into the town center and plaza to inform them of their arrival. Those who heard it were alerted, and Lyam and his group came into the town. Immediately, everyone made way for their arrival, and Mavimasu's mayor saw that from his town hall balcony and hurriedly went to make his presence before Lyam.
And so, the meeting happened, and Lyam stated his arrival and its purpose, which to meet up with Marcellus for negotiations regarding Mont De Nèu's sovereignty rights and their hold of Mavimasu with a few offers in mind. Meanwhile, Marcellus was busy skiing at the ski resort with Basilio and his group when Viktor came and called him for the meeting and talks with Lyam. Hearing that, Marcellus realized that he had almost forgotten about that and responded by taking off his skiing gear and going with him. But wanting to introduce Basilio to the commander of Falleta, Marcellus called his name, and Basilio responded by going to him. "What is it?"
"A very important person is here for talks with my nation," replied Marcellus, "so you might to say hi to him."
With a few seconds of thinking and consideration, Basilio agreed and went with him out of the ski resort while the others were still having fun on the skiing slopes.
A few minutes later, both arrived at the meeting place, where Lyam and his group were waiting for Marcellus' arrival. Upon entering the room reserved for the meeting and negotiations, they met up with them, and Lyam was delighted to see Marcellus, but he was stunned to see that he had brought someone with him.
"Marcellus, who is that kid?" he asked.
"Mr. Hasegawa," Marcellus replied, 'I want you to meet this kid."
"Greetings, sir," Basilio said to Lyam with a polite tone.
"What is your name, kid?" Lyam asked.
"I'm Basilio Valencia, leader of the Forest Vamzoms and their nation called Ruslav."
Lyam and his group were utterly shocked to hear his position.
"What??!"
"No way!"
"Yes, this youngster is the leader of my Forest brethren," Marcellus responded back, "for months now."
"W-Wait, is he wild or pretending to be polite to attack us?" Lyam replied. "Since the Forest Vamzoms are still hostile…"
"No, we're good now," Basilio responded positively.
"W-What? How come?"
And so, Basilio and Marcellus explained to him how that happened, from start to end.
A few minutes, Lyam and his entourage now got it and were stunned at the part where Basilio was an Otherworlder who, in the middle of his job hunting in Fresa de Ard, Pantano, got involved in the final indiscriminate attack by the Forest Vamzoms and later became their leader according to his predecessor's last wishes. "Man, that was quite crazy and unlucky…" one of Lyam's guards commented.
"Yup!" Basilio replied happily.
"Yes." Marcellus was proud of his friend and ally.
And so, with that out of the way, Marcellus's meeting with Lyam began, with Basilio returning to the ski resort. The meeting was filled with a long, back-and-forth dialogue regarding the rights for Marcellus' nation, as well as an offer of the forested region behind the Leeuwenhoek Mountains as their new region for their country. Hearing that, Marcellus contemplated it for a while.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the Northern Continent, a bunch of demon spies are making their latest report to their Demon Queen, Luiza Callas, concerning the happenings in the Central Continent, especially with the Forest Vamzoms now civilized and have a sovereignty nation of their own under what they described 'a kid with Otherworlder technology in his arsenal'. That place was the Ravelli Territory, the territory of demons.
