[Flashback ended, back to the present…]
Basilio and the others in his group couldn't believe what Marcellus just said and claimed. "You're a skier, too?" Ormoc asked.
"Yup!" Marcellus responded with good pride in himself. "I had been doing that way back when I was just a lad."
"Wow, back in my previous life," Basilio replied, "I always wished to try doing that."
"Well, you can right here," Lorelei said to him. "You can rent a skiing set for 2 Oros per use and have someone teach you how to do that."
"Wow, I can do that?"
"Yup!"
"And I'll cover the fee for the instructor for you, too," Marcellus added brightly.
And so, after much thinking, Basilio and his group decided to give it a try. And so, all of them went into the ski resort. The group rented one skiing set for one each for 2 Oros for 1 use, and Lorelei used her connections with a skiing instructor named Viktor Hasegawa, who was from Falleta's capital city of Ishidzu. Shortly after, they are now learning how to ski down the snowy slopes of Mavimasu under him. Basilio did his best with a few times he collided with soft, haybales as barriers on the sides of the skiing track while Paulina and Filippos struggle the most while colliding multiple times and even rolling down the slope a few times, too. Ormoc, Chivo, and Fritzi got the hang of it in less than 5 attempts. Seeing that his clients are learning the skill good, Viktor was confident that he did his job well.
Meanwhile, while they were enjoying their fun at the ski resort, 2 helicopters landed on Mavimasu's small and lone flat field. They are from Ishizu, and one boss of the group was Lyam Hasegawa, the current royal commander of Falleta. He and his group of Falleta's soldiers are here to check the well-being of Mavimasu's residents under Mont De Nèu's control while considering for its sovereignty rights.
