I didn't want to disturb them so I went back to my room. Oasis corp is a huge trading business, and a grand five stars hotel. The last thing I heard about their business is that they were extending to America.
The next day
"Mamin, can I spend the week-end at grandnannin's?" Louis looked up at me. I didn't know what to say, or how to feel. My son, the one who had promised me to always take my side?
Confused, I looked back at Louis, he was staring at me, I replied "Absolutely, should I call her?"
"Mom, grandma is downstairs in the living room," he informed me, my heart dropped, I told him before to not hate them, which is exactly what he is doing bounding with them. But I couldn't help but feel uneasy. He was going with Emily which is not as bad as Irem's mother, however it just made me feel like I had lost my child.
We got downstairs, I walked in the living room questioning myself. I don't want to be the mean, or selfish person but just last month, and now… is there something I am not aware of?
"Irina," Emily called me
"Yes," I replied, walking up to her.
"How have you been lately?" She continued.
"I have been alright."
"And how is the baby?"
"I believe they are also fine."
"Why don't you take a seat?" she offered. I sat on the left camelback facing her. She picked up her tea cup, took a zip of the tea, as she was placing it back down she said,
"I planned on taking Louis with me for the week-end. May I have your permission?" She looked up.
"Yes absolutely," I replied, even though I felt it odd, it was still the first time she asked. I was delighted. "I will ask the helper to pack up his bag." I stood up.
"No need for such," she replied. "I have already asked the helper for that," she continued, "in case you have not agreed they could have just put it back." She smiled, I sat back down in disbelief we could call it at some point. Something smells fishy, their behavior was completely different. Can no one else see that?
Later that day, Annalle and Irene's mother arrived. Nannin and Louis were playing UNO No Mercy in the living room with some of the helpers. I was making snacks for everyone, playing UNO is ruff let alone UNO No Mercy. As I saw them coming in I smiled, ran to their side and greeted them,
"Kathelyn, you are here, Annaelle is also here, please come in." to be honest Annaelle is the only one I was happy to see. I led them to the living room, sat them down and served tea.
"Mom, you are still here." Kathelyn said to Emily.
