I stared at the screen, at the deep black suit, the way the jacket framed the waist, the way the pants hugged the legs just right. It was bold, different. Something I never even considered before.
I bit my lip. Could I even pull this off?
"Are you sure I can?" I asked hesitantly. "Aren't, like… suits for men or something?"
Kat gave me the most exasperated look.
"Glyneon," she said, tilting the phone towards me, "do you see the model? It's a woman wearing a suit."
I looked again. The model was gorgeous, exuding confidence, and there was no mistaking the feminine energy she carried while wearing it.
Kat smirked. "And tell me, who is the man that's gonna wear this crop top?" She pointed at the fitted, low-cut top underneath the jacket. "Because unless some dude out there is pulling this off, I think we're looking at women's fashion."
I swallowed.
I mean, she was right.
