Angelica did not know how or why Edward's presence and continuous yapping made the hours burn away quickly. She did not even notice when the sun was going down slightly, and now it was almost time for dinner.
Edward returned her to Ian's bedroom and he seemed very proud about his abilities to talk till kingdom come.
"Well, here we are, my dear Angelica. Returned as I have promised you," he bowed in front of her.
Angelica did not want to allow his head swell any further if she told him that he had very great abilities in wasting time not only for himself but for everyone else.
"Thank you, Lord Edward," she said.
"Yes, yes, no need to thank me, my dear Angelica. It was lovely spending time with you, talking and showing you all my favourite places in the castle," he smiled.
"Mhmm.".
Angelica did not enjoy his company per se, but it was a good waste of time, now she hoped that he would leave and let her have some peace of mind.
