Kamiya had no choice but to charge up a powerful fire spell. Kamiya told Nova to stand back; small red magic Particles appeared around Kamiya's staff; they all gathered together, and Kamiya fired a massive fire spell at the demon called Flame Emperor. The demon stood there and put one of her swords back. She grabbed the other sword in both hands and sliced through Kamiya's magic spell. Kamiya was shocked that she was able to cut through her magic. Suddenly Kamiya's and Nova's bodies started to feel light, and they both fell to the ground unconscious. The demon said, "I won't kill you, but I do have some questions for you." The demon picked them up and took them to her hidden base. Nova woke up and was confused about where she was. The demon said, "You are safe; no one will hurt you here." Nova was scared by the demon's voice; she grabbed her pillow and tried to hide behind it. Nova didn't know if she could trust her, but then Kamiya woke up and said, "What are you going to do with us?" Kaya said, "I am going to join you to see what fate has in store for you." Kamiya looked at her angrily but settled down quickly. Kamiya said, "To unlock your fragment's power, you would need to master a divine relic." Nova said, "What's a divine relic?" Kaya told Nova that a divine relic is a powerful weapon that helps its user control their power.
