"I changed because I realized there was no light in the life I was living. Clubbing, drugs, drinking—these were all ways I tried to numb the pain because I was angry at the owner of my life. But I forgot something crucial: this life isn't mine. He brought me into this world through my parents, and that alone should have been enough to be grateful for.
It might sound crazy, but the truth is, nothing in this life truly belongs to us. We're all on a journey, and what matters is the destination. Heaven and Hell are real—like an election, the devil fights to win our votes. He offers temporary pleasures but delivers permanent pain. But there is a way out of this pain if we truly accept the Lord and live as His children.
What does it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul? My father is facing Judgment now. He's paying for his sins. If he had lived right, he wouldn't be suffering in that place. But I don't know his fate.
I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to tell you the truth. Live your life the right way. Take the Bible—get the manual on how to live.
I lived the devil's way, and all I gained was pain and no will of my own. I found true peace when I came to Him.
If you want to walk the right path, say these words with me:
'Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Forgive me for all I've done. I admit I was wrong. Let me rest under your wings like when I knew nothing. I accept you as my Lord and Savior. Erase my name from the book of death, and I will serve you all my days. In Jesus' name, Amen.'"
Kara spoke with such authority that the crowd echoed the prayer after her.
After her speech, Kara noticed Becky, Kelvin, and Todd in the crowd and made her way toward them.
"You were true friends to me. I'm sorry for calling you trash," she said.
"It's okay. I want to join your group," Kelvin replied. "I'll use the Bible as my guide, but I'll need you to teach me." He hugged Kara.
The others followed. Becky turned to Iris and the church group. "I'm sorry for everything."
Iris smiled and embraced her, and the rest simply smiled.
"But, um… who's going to be prom queen? Because I know I'm definitely going to be prom king," Todd joked.
"Well, Becky could always switch the titles," Kara teased.
"What! Girl, uh-uh… Wait, maybe I will!" Becky laughed, and they all joined in.
After a long day at school, Kara felt fulfilled. She came home to find Nareen wasn't there—she was still at work.
"That's sad. I wanted her to see me without complaints this time," Kara murmured, then ran to her room and dived onto her bed.
Soon, she fell into a deep, peaceful sleep.
In her dreams, Kara found herself in heaven. God looked at her with a warm smile and spoke softly.
"I give you a new life. Go and remain blessed."
Kara smiled in the dream—and that peace reflected in reality for the first time since losing her dad.
Meanwhile, in hell, Lucifer was raging.
"What is all this?!" he yelled in fury—then paused, hearing a majestic voice.
"Lucifer, I think that is enough," Angel Michael said firmly.
"That's your business! Why must you always be the one to reprimand me? I… Ah!" Lucifer screamed as Angel Michael lashed him with his sword.
"Calm yourself. This is your last warning," Angel Michael said, turning away.
Lucifer crawled back to his cage, wincing in pain.
"I have lost a lot today," he muttered, "but there are still others who listen to me. The battle is not over." He laughed quietly to himself.
