The inside of Sam's mansion had changed completely.
Where it had once been empty, silent, and almost lifeless, it was now full of warmth and color.
Furniture filled every corner, couches, tables, drawers, even decorations that made the rooms feel lived in rather than like hollow halls.
"I spent almost all of my money, but I think I did a good job," Seraphine said proudly, grinning from ear to ear. "And Belle gave some too!"
"Hm."
Sam walked forward, taking in the sight before him.
The [Living Room] looked entirely different.
There was a soft, dark couch placed in front of a sleek table, with a massive television hanging against the wall.
A chandelier hung from the ceiling, filling the space with a warm golden glow, while drawers lined one side of the room for storage.
Everything looked refined, luxurious, even.
It was the kind of home one might expect from someone with power and taste, not a half-ruined mansion bought in haste.
