"…Damn it."
It was the first time something like this had ever happened, a spirit not listening to one of Sam's commands.
That alone was enough to make him stop and narrow his eyes. It didn't make sense.
He took a step forward, primordial sword in hand, his gaze fixed on the [Judge Monarch] that was slowly moving on its own.
"Why isn't it obeying me…"
He frowned, watching as the spirit advanced toward the wall of black flames that marked the entrance to the [Sixth Zone].
'Maybe it's because it's a monarch,' Sam thought. 'Maybe it can resist a bit more than the others.'
But that explanation didn't sit right with him.
It made no sense, because the moment he overpowered and tamed a spirit, it became bound to his will completely.
Once subdued, it was supposed to obey any of his orders. No exceptions.
Yet right now, the [Judge Monarch] ignored him completely.
Then came the panel.
[A stronger force is taking hold of the spirit. You cannot do that.]
'A stronger force…'
