I suddenly woke up.
A hospital-like ceiling, but most importantly, with voices everywhere even though no one was nearby.
The first thing I did was put webs all over my face and remove the liquid-whatever they call those hospital things when you admit someone.
And then, I started panicking.
Because I am at the hospital. Or a place like that. I can hear Tony Stark and Bruce Banner's fast-paced thoughts about some science mumbo-jumbo over all other slow thoughts.
Which means, I am probably at some SHIELD/HYDRA facility and someone now has my blood. I don't know who, but someone definitely has it.
I webbed up the cameras, and started crawling away.
I am still in my suit over my Santa Cosplay.
I didn't have time to put on the white wig on myself while fighting Loki. But I put it on right now.
I focused on the chattering Tony Stark's mind, and asked him.
'Hey. Can you hear me? Just say yes or no in your mind.'
'How would I respond no if I couldn't hear you in the first place? Who are you, some mind reading—'
'Just tell me if others can hear me too.'
'Uh, I don't think so.'
'I am Silk. I need you to keep quiet about this for now. I don't want that muscle-head and those shady guys knowing that I am awake.'
'I don't think I am going to agree—'
'Then I guess you don't want to know what I found about Howard Stark's murder from I don't know who's head.'
'... Alright. What do you want?'
'Hack into SHIELD, and find out where they are keeping my family hostages. And they shouldn't know of it.'
I cut off the telepathic connection by focusing on the sun, and exited the building through a window.
I could clearly feel that I have gotten stronger physically as well, aside from the telepathic abilities thanks to the Mind Stone.
First, I need to ensure that my family is safe.
Since I have telepathy now, I can just erase everyone's memories about my identity.
SHIELD/HYDRA Agents started coming to my hospital room, led by Nick Fury.
And they saw me crawling on their building.
The first thing they did was point their guns at me.
"Is it some sort of comedy routine with you guys? Always pointing guns?"
Nick ordered them to stand down with a gesture, and asked me, "Silk, how are you doing? I know it looks bad. But we don't have any intention to hurt you. An alien mind-controlled my Agents. But they are out of it now. And your family is safe with us."
I shot my webs and apprehended all the agents in one shot, and dragged them out of the window, hanging them from some 30-40 floor building.
"Since you are keeping my family safe, I guess you wouldn't me keeping your family safe with me, right?"
"Take me hostage and free them. I swear that SHIELD isn't some shady organisation like CIA. Your family is safe. And we need your help in defeating that guy who controlled my agents, and attacked you and your family."
I shot a web at Fury and stuck him on the wall, and dropped the agents with me to the ground after making a trampoline there.
I entered back into the building.
"You aren't very trusting, are you?"
"I mean, who would trust a guy with trench coat and eyepach, running a shady organisation which manages to seem more shady than CIA? Tell me, where is my family. Where is that muscle-head who attacked me and just wouldn't listen."
"Yeah. Let's head to the meeting room."
I stared at him for a bit and removed the webs from him.

I entered the meeting room, where Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and especially that Muscle-head were present.
Hawkeye's eyes weren't blue.
And the Mind Stone along with the shattered sceptre were on a table.
I guess Sceptre shattering led to the mind control ending?
I glared at Muscle-head.
"I beat that alien invader myself. I used his own weapon to put him to sleep. And you destroyed my spoils of defeating the villain! And let him escape!
Do you have to say something for yourself huh?"
"You said that you had trapped Loki's mind inside that thing!"
"As if I could! I didn't have 1 minute with that thing! You are Thor, so supposedly some 1000 year old alien or something. You have lived your entire life with a trickster.
And you couldn't f*cking tell that I was threatening you so that you would stop attacking me!?"
I webbed his mouth, and turned to Hawkeye.
"Your family is safe. Look, I am sorry for attacking you while I was under mind-control, but I have your family out of New York. Somewhere safe where Loki wouldn't be able to reach."
I looked at him seriously for a second. Since Silk-sense aren't blaring, he must not be under mind-control right now.
I sighed and sat on the table where Sceptre and Mind Stone were, in front of everyone.
I webbed up the Mind Stone, and held it in my palm.
There was no longer any danger screamed by Silk-sense. In fact, I could feel it resonating with me.
"A pure energy source. I guess I got my Arc Reactor for my suit."
I don't know if they know that it is an infinity stone or the main thing Sceptre has its ability.
If they don't, it's best if they think Sceptre is the mind-control weapon and this gem is just an alien power source.
And if Thor does know, he will correct me.
"UMPH!"
I looked at Thor who was struggling to remove my web from his mouth. Unlike our previous fight where he easily ripped them apart.
I guess even my webs got powered-up with Infinity Stone.
Nick Fury said, "That's not your property."
"It is. I snatched it from the alien invader. So it's mine."
"Look here. We can't trust a teenager with an alien energy source."
"Look here. We can't trust a shady secret organization which works under the council made of world's top 5 war-mongering countries with an alien energy source.
This is mine.
Otherwise, I am not going to be in this party hunting down Loki."
Fury stared me down.
"World doesn't work that way. Whatever you believe, this stays here."
"World stopped working the way it did previously the moment we got two confirmed aliens on our planet, and your agents attacked me and my family on a Christmas Party.
Tell me, what will you even use this for?"
"More weapons."
Tony said, and showed us his tab. In which he had hacked SHIELD.
"SHIELD had the this blue energy cube, and was making weapons out of it. It is the thing that drew in Loki."
I shrugged.
"See? That's why, it's mine. And it's not up for negotiation."
"Hwah!"
Thor finally tore off my webs.
"Pfft!"
His beard came off as if it got waxed!
My webs are awesome now!
