Before dawn, Digalla convened all members of the War Cabinet, as well as senior generals, to discuss strategies regarding the situations in the Southern War Zone and Western War Zone.
Despite the purpose, except for the senior staff arranged by the military who introduced the battle conditions, no attendee, including officials and generals, offered any opinions. Regarding the current war situation, there's really nothing much to say. Everyone knows Digalla called an emergency meeting mainly to strengthen his authority among leadership, counteract the impact of failure, and ensure the Empire, particularly the military, still adheres to his command.
As for the war itself, it has to continue as usual. The so-called strategies need not be discussed at such high-level meetings.
