The power radiating from his body intensified to an extraordinary degree, and the weapons in his hands became extensions of the immense destructive force he had gathered. Even Uriel, who had witnessed Snow's strength before, instinctively retreated as the pressure surrounding him grew almost unbearable.
Then Snow attacked.
A catastrophic explosion of light and flame erupted within the chamber, its force so tremendous that an enormous earthquake spread throughout the entire homeland of the Lightbearers.
Far above the ancient structure, the earth trembled beneath the magnificent cities of Twilight's Zenith. Towers shuddered, suspended lights swayed violently, and countless inhabitants looked around in alarm as the ground shook beneath their feet.
Yet deep within the mysterious chamber, the result remained unchanged.
The white walls were untouched.
The door was still standing.
And not a single crack had appeared anywhere.
"Even that... didn't work?"
