Chapter 7 - Kuma

This may look like a master servant relationship but the truth was simply that it had come to the end of its line, the bird was probably one that had grown by its sheer instinct alone and its potential although not high, it had tried its best to grow better and seeing such opportunity with him, it took it, maybe this was what they both need, maybe this was not just coincidence, maybe ... There was no use pondering over it, however it needed a name though

He, however, did not know how to grow a pet, but he believed opportunity would not be as scarce as he thought.

With that, he thought of a name regardless of gender

Kuma, Kuma was the name he thought of for the Crow.

"Kuma now for your first mission, I need you to go to Konoha, Konoha is a village far south of here, south is in this direction, if you see a flock of people and beautiful buildings, that is the village, establish a connection with me through the contract with your mind when you get there, you just need to simply send in chakra to where you feel the connection strongest The most and easiest and then convey your intention, do you understand?" Shisui said in a long statement, he didn't expect the crow to understand as it cawed but immediately he somehow understood the meaning of the caw.

It meant "how long?"

"It might take you a few days from here to the village, contact me if you encounter trouble although I advise you to avoid troubles from a distance" shisui said not doubting the ability of the crow, only when he established a connection with the crow was he able to analyse it well, this crow was filled with chakra to the brim like reinforcement and just waiting for a breakthrough or epiphany.

The Crow cawed again and Shisui understood its acknowledgment of the order, and after a few minutes of them finalizing their methods of communication and contingency, he cut off the shared sight with the crow and allowed it to flap away into the sky, although at a very fast speed.

Immediately, the connection was cut, Shisui heaved a sigh of relief as he immediately felt dizzy and exhausted.

"I really need to get back in shape," Shisui muttered to himself as he pressed his legs with his arm, prompting a sporadic twitch.

It was no less than an hour, and due to his lack of chakra control at the moment, his chakra was erratic, and after just sustaining a connection with the crow, he was already chakra-exhausted.

Initially, when he woke up from his coma, he depended on this erratic spur of chakra around him to detect chakra signatures.

Now he was thinking twice about it, maybe that was his mistake.

This now begged the question for him to improve his summon, Kuma. He would need more than theoretical teachings, he knew a lot, though he'd still need to act at times.
