"Knock, knock", "Mom someone's at the door" said Shara as she rushed to open it just to be suprised to see Ella. " Hah! Look who decided to show up after not being able to hear from her for around two months!! " yelled Shara and pulled in Ella for a hug.
"Now have a seat, my mom's preparing us lunch, don't you dare say no and in the meantime spill the tea about how things are going on with you and Sion and what the hell you were doing in these two months." said Shara in a commanding tone. Emma responded, " Well where do I begin, I am staying in London with Sion for a while." to which Shara giggled. Ella continued with a smile, "I am working as a travel journalist and my articles about 'The travels' are being sold for a good price to a company I'm working with. Sion became a photographer and is famous for his works. He also came with me but rushed off some where, he will be back by afternoon. As a matter of fact we started a program online where teens share what's on their mind anonymously and people will share their part of stories to help teens get over their fears."
Ella and Shara had a nice long time catching up with each other. After a while Ella got a call from Sion saying he would be late. By the time Ella was about to take her leave Sion showed up with a bouquet and apologized to Shara and her mother for showing up late and leaving as soon as he showed up. They both bid a farewell and were walking by the road, their hands clasped together as Ella asked Sion where he had been, to which he replied
" Here's your favourite coffee and a flight ticket to our next destination, Norway. You said you wanted to see the Northern lights.It's a two day trip, I packed everything." Ella smiled and nodded.
They landed in Norway and on their way to the Northern light show, they signed up for volunteering to a food distribution camp. There they met a girl named Ray, the daughter of the organizer. She was eighteen and was helping her father in organising the event. They shared their stories, Ray was excited to hear that they were travelling across the world and excitingly shared that her mother was also a traveller but then she became sad, her father noticed this and came towards her and gave a pat on her head and asked her to get some bread.
" Nice to meet you guys, my name is Adam, Ray's father. The thing is her mother passed away seven months ago while she was travelling in Ireland and she isn't over it yet. But I believe she would be happy to hear about your adventures." Sion replied with a smile " We would be more than happy to share it". After the volunteering they called it a day and Adam offered Ella and Sion to stay at their place to make his daughter happy. Ella and Sion were hesitant at first but later they agreed because of Ray's eagerness.
On their way home in the car, Ray asked her father to share the love story of him and his mother. Adam sighed and said " How many times are you going to ask me to listen the same thing again and again". He then began "Her name is Harry. We were childhood friends. She had the most beautiful eyes... I used to bully her because of her boyish name all my childhood but I slowly began to fall for her. By the time I realised it, she fell for someone else. All I could do was to watch over her happiness and protect her. After we were done with our college, she decided to be a traveller and I became a researcher. One day after her first trip to San Francisco, she came to tell me that she got proposed to by her boyfriend Jonathan but then ....."
