Yuriel picks the man back up and takes him over to Kim and the group.
"So this guy right here is my brother, Fay. And before you say anything, yes he's a dragon but in human form and yes we're not blood related, we're still siblings."
"I see.." Kim mutters, all of his question have been answer without him asking.
Kim looks at the scenery of the place, there is a huge hill at the back of the island, on the side, there lies two waterfalls stemming from the fill, the water flows in a river like state even when its falls and create a mini lake.
Kim then look at the structures of what the island's inhabitants built.
There were houses, built in various of sizes, some were big, huge able to house a gigantic dragons while there were houses that were able to be the home of a human.
Kim then stared at the center of the island, his eyes widen up a little in shock, what was in front of him is something he didn't expect.
"A giant skull..? One of that of a dragon, I think?"
"Oh that? That used to be the dragon king, well back then, the dragon was everlasting big but nowadays they remain a decent size."
Fay walked up to Kim, his jaded eye beaming.
"A decent size huh? Actually I never seen a dragon, I heard they were big."
Fay smiled and chuckled as he raised his left hand up pointing to himself.
"You wanna see?"
Before Fay could transform into a dragon, Yuriel cuts in.
"I don't think the time is now," she turned to Kim and Vas Allen.
"Didn't you guys say something about finding an answer to whatever question you may have?"
"Yes, we did say that." said Vas Allen.
Yuriel whispered something in Fay's ear before stepping back.
"Fay, could you bring those guys to those geezer?"
"Yuriel.. what did we said." Fay said with a straight face.
"I mean, gramps and grandma."
Fay's demeanor change back to a smile.
"Of course."
"Wait what about Luc and Uma?" Kim ask.
Putting her hand on both of their shoulder, Yuriel excitedly said that she going give them a tour of her hometown.
Luc Mugen was fidgeting, Kim sees this and asks him what's wrong.
"I want to stay with you.." he said.
Kim give Luc Mugen a pat on his head.
"I'm sorry but what me and Vas going to do is super boring," he froze, still seeing the uncertainty in Luc Mugen's face. Kim thought up of something.
"How about spend a day with Uma and Yuriel, explore with them. Go to places you have yet to experience then at the end of the day, you could tell me all about it. How does that sound?"
Luc Mugen nods, then he turn to Vas Allen. Vas Allen stares and chuckle.
"Listen to Kim, Luc, but beware of Yuriel, who knows what she might do to you if she get rashly."
Yuriel giggles at Vas Allen's remark, then she hold onto Luc and Umas' hands, Barbella being lead to follow them. They walked in the opposite direction Fay was guiding them—Kim and Vas Allen.

"So, to ease in on this silence, do you have any question about this place?" Fay asked.
Vas Allen didn't say anything which surprised Kim, he always thought of him as someone who seek more knowledge or answers.
"So this place-" Fay cuts him off but it wasn't sudden, he signal it.
"I'm sorry for interrupting but before we moved on, [Dragkin]. This is what it is called."
"… I see, how does Dragkin work? I heard this island travel, it's alway on the move. And," Kim points at the giant skull that is in the center of the island.
"That skull, could you tell me what the history behind it is?"
Fay took a long sighed before—
"It was supposed to be three skull there but during the war with the demon king, the two great dragon sided with 'evil'. While the dragon king sided with the Gods and the humans. As you may knows, the wars lasted three years and five months and six days,"
He became silent, placing his hand on his chest, he continues.
"Dragons back then were more powerful than now, at least for most because the dragons race have almost been extincted."
"Extincted..? Like most of the dragon dies during the war?"
"No, rather the betrayal of the two great dragon changed the shift of the power, at first those sided with the Gods were winning but then they just switch sides out of nowhere. Of course the Gods were angry, so after the war—the defeat of the demon king. The Gods threaten to erase the dragon's race but if it weren't for the dragon king who convinced them not to…"
Fay stops once more and took a deep breath.
"We wouldn't be here today. And for the island and how it move around, it's just dragon's breath, well flame-breaths."
Fay stops in front of a huge building, it look like a town hall, a standard building that don't look fancy, a bit old-fashioned in a way.
Fay turns to Kim and Vas Allen.
"Ok so, here we are. To grandpa and grandma place."
"That's… was way easier then I expected. I thought something bad will happen along the way. Anyway is it safe for us to go, there's don't seem to be any security."
"… they are dragons, I'll be surprised if ya-" taking a glance at Vas Allen, he clears his throat.
"I'll be surprised if you even breathe near them. But uhh so there any only be one person for each due to… love quarrels or something between them. So who you guys choose is up to you."
Fay left the two of them to decide who they want to talk to, they know that it probably doesn't matter but.
"Honestly, I mma just take the grandpa and bye now." Kim said.
Vas Allen didn't even have a chance to argue but he didn't care, all he care for was to look for answers.

Before entering the building and meeting the dragons, Vas Allen and Kim discussed something, then they entered into the building.
