At the station in Postwick Town, Chris quickly located Sonia's laboratory, which was the tallest and largest building in the small town.

Before entering the laboratory, Chris encountered Sonia at the entrance.

She was a young woman with vibrant orange hair and an unusual fashion sense. She wore a white lab coat over a green tank top, paired with light blue jeans.

It looked like she had just returned from a night out dancing.

Chris approached to speak with her.

"Is there something you need from me?" Sonia asked curiously.

"Do you need a Dynamax Band? Have you prepared the materials to make one?" she continued.

"To create a Dynamax Band requires a Wishing Star, which is a rare material and not easy to find," Sonia explained.

Just as she finished speaking, a beam of light struck the ground beside them.

"Boom!" The earth was blasted apart, creating a large crater. In the center of the hole lay a rock emitting a brilliant purple glow.

If Chris wasn't mistaken, this stone was indeed a Wishing Star.

Well, this was unexpected...

Sonia stared at the crater in bewilderment.

"Alright, I see. I'll help you make a Dynamax Band," Sonia said, picking up the Wishing Star and heading into her laboratory.

Chris watched Sonia disappear into the building.

"They say that Wishing Stars descend to those who truly have dreams," Chris mused to himself. "Could it be that I'm also someone who truly has a dream?"

Chris rubbed his chin thoughtfully, considering what his dream might actually be.

Before coming to this world, he had been just an ordinary Pokemon player.

After arriving in this world, he had developed a strong desire to become a trainer. Later, when he obtained his system, he had set his sights on becoming a "Pokemon Master."

And so far, he had been working hard toward that goal every day, training and battling with dedication.

It was probably normal for the will of the world to recognize him as someone with a genuine dream.

Chris entered the laboratory, where Sonia was busy working.

After waiting for more than half an hour, Sonia handed the completed Dynamax Band to Chris.

This meant that Chris was now capable of Dynamaxing his Pokemon.

Shouldn't he test it out?

Chris immediately left the laboratory and headed to an open field to try Dynamax.

In the games, one had to consider Dynamax energy limitations and could only Dynamax at special locations. However, in reality, there was no need to worry about such restrictions.

The Wishing Star in the Dynamax Band would absorb free Dynamax particles from the air to enable Pokemon to Dynamax.

Walking to an open area, Chris selected a Poke Ball and lightly tapped it against the Dynamax Band. The Wishing Star began to glow and activate.

Chris watched as the Poke Ball in his hand gradually enlarged, growing from the size of an apple to that of a football, and finally to the size of a millstone. It became so large that he needed both hands to hold it, though surprisingly, its weight remained unchanged.

He threw the enlarged Poke Ball forward.

The ball opened, and Tyranitar emerged.

The normally five-meter-tall Pokemon suddenly shot upward, reaching a height of fifty to sixty meters, with three red clouds spinning rapidly above its head.

Tyranitar, who was already fierce and intimidating, had now truly become like Godzilla.

"Tyran?" Tyranitar tilted its head to look down at Chris. When had its trainer become so small?

Looking around, it noticed that not only had its trainer shrunk, but so had all the buildings.

Tyranitar's eyes lit up with excitement!

Perfect!

Time to play with some building blocks!

"Now try Mega Evolution!" Chris called out, taking out a Mega Stone.

Colorful light enveloped the Dynamax Tyranitar.

When the light faded, a Dynamax Mega Tyranitar stood before Chris.

Ferocious spikes appeared across its body, and its height increased by another twenty meters or more. Mega Tyranitar had become even more terrifying.

As expected, Dynamax and Mega Evolution could coexist.

However, the physical energy consumed wasn't simply 1+1=2, but had reached a level more like 1+1=3, or even 4.

Maintaining a Pokemon in both Mega Evolution and Dynamax simultaneously required more physical energy than maintaining two separate Pokemon in these states.

Still, this level of physical exertion was tolerable for Chris.

"Let's try a Z-Move as well," Chris said, taking out a Dark-type Z-Crystal.

"Tyranitar, use the Z-Move Black Hole Eclipse!"

"tyyyy!!" Tyranitar roared and tore open a massive black hole in its chest with both claws.

Due to its enlarged size, the black hole was proportionally bigger as well. The current black hole looked large enough to swallow an entire building.

The black hole immediately demonstrated its terrifying suction power, pulling up chunks of turf from the field.

Chris could feel the pull of the black hole himself and quickly instructed Mega Tyranitar to slam the black hole into the ground.

The impact caused nearly a kilometer of pasture and grassland to collapse.

The tremendous noise alarmed Wanda, who hurried over to investigate.

After completing the power test, Chris could confirm that Dynamax didn't significantly impact the strength of Z-Moves.

Dynamax primarily increased a Pokemon's stamina - which would be HP in game terms - and the range of their moves. The power was enhanced, but not dramatically.

Of course, this might also be because he had used a Z-Move for the test.

When using regular moves, Dynamax would enhance their form to some extent. In terms of raw power, however, they wouldn't match Z-Moves.

The Z-Move had once again consumed a considerable amount of Chris's stamina.

Moreover, combining Z-Moves, Mega Evolution, and Dynamax together didn't consume energy equivalent to 1+1+1=3. It felt more like it equaled 9.

"I should avoid using this combination in one-on-one battles," Chris decided.

Later, Chris tested Dynamax on his other Pokemon.

Everything worked perfectly.

Only Venusaur could perform Gigantamax, but it could only achieve regular Gigantamax and couldn't perform true Gigantamax with its unique form and G-Max moves.

"I'll still need Max Soup for that."

Max Soup was a special dish that could only be prepared after reaching the Isle of Armor.

However, to access the Isle of Armor, one needed an Armor Pass.

In the games, this pass was obtained after downloading the "Isle of Armor" expansion.

Right now, he really didn't know where to acquire such a thing.

"Since I can't get it through the system, I'll have to find a way in the real world," Chris reasoned. He remembered that in reality, many powerful Pokemon could also achieve true Gigantamax forms naturally.
