The next morning, Eva woke up, entered her space to get ready for the day, and wore comfortable shorts and a loose top.

While braiding her hair, she left her tent to have breakfast.

"Good morning." Julian pressed a kiss on her forehead.

Eva hummed in response; her eyes fixed on the bun and the bowls of noodles on the table.

"Good morning. We're going to tour the island today, but all of them remains on the shore… don't bring them into your space," Ethan said as he tousled her hair slightly.

Eva looked at him in surprise. "What if they face danger while we're gone? They still need to build the stronghold."

"We aren't leaving them here alone. Aaron isn't following us into the island," Ethan responded, motioning for the drowsy Aaron, who was trying hard to keep his eyes from closing.

Eva became increasingly uncertain while observing him, questioning whether these people were truly safe under her brother's watch.

"Alright then," Eva nodded, picked up a bun, and took a bite.
