"Well, then come back tomorrow." The evening came to an end and it was the time for Zero to leave and Acid's shop to be closed. Zero was holding a small paper bag with the stuff he got and Acid waved his hand saying goodbye and Zero also waved his hand and finally started walking away. "I will wait for you tomorrow, I hope you will work properly as you did today."
Zero disappeared from Acid's eyes and Acid also just closed his shop and he started walking to his home, tuning and feeling better somehow, maybe because he got some time to talk with his crush or something? And his cheeks suddenly turned red and he hide his face...
But suddenly Acid lost his smile, his everything. He just stopped for a second and looked down... thinking..."What if she starts liking him...?"
It was a strange thought which wasn't even true. But he still expected and assumed it and made himself sad, but he just took off his mask and started walking again. He smiled again and mumbled, "Does it really matters...? What matters the most is her happiness...and I really doubt that he would love...I really doubt that he would even love someone." And Acid laughed and the evening ending continued.
Zero reached to his home-- and once again, the bear attacked at him immediately and Zero had to knock him out and he won once again. Zero didn't want to hurt them but for his own protection, he is hopeless and can't help about it. He just felt sorry for them and finally opened the door and entered.
The room was completely dark, there was just silence. Delta and Eclipse had already gone somewhere and all the lights were off. Zero kept the stuff aside and took his seat in front of the dinning table and he finally started taking some rest.
The night arrived and it was 8 p.m. now. The door finally opened and Zero wore his glasses and masks were already there on his face and he looked at the door.
Delta arrived and saw everywhere was just darkness. Suddenly she heard a call of Eclipse.
"Come quickly, I am waiting for you outside."
Delta smiled and replied, "I am coming, just let me tell him about it and then we are leaving again."
Delta looked ahead and Zero came up, Delta saw him and she just said, "We are having dinner at a restaurant so you don't need to make for us. Will you like to join us this time, Sacreficer?"
Zero just showed a hand, smiled behind the mask and said, "No, but you enjoy. I will make for myself."
"Oh..." Delta was feeling a little bit strange, because Zero never joins any such events. But she just thought that he would be like it, which he is, and she just started walking away and returning and said, "Then...fine. I am leaving now."
Delta didn't know what she should say anyways and she just got out of the house, closed the door and started leaving with Eclipse.
Zero finally turned on the lights, choose some of the potatoes and started boiling them and preparing his own dinner. While everything...he was just surprised by something and asked, "They used to have dinner at restaurant like monthly...maybe I would be wrong, they would have gone more times, who knows. And what I have to do with it..." But Zero was just surprised, since Alpha has joined... everything is different now. They all even purchased the remembering power forever which costs too much, which even Zero can't afford...but it was nothing for him. He ignored all his thoughts and questions and prioritize at his dinner first.
The potatoes were ready and Zero finally took off his mask, smiled brightly, joined his hands and thanked to God for the food and finally took the first bite and started having his dinner.
"It's been a time since I ate this, I guess...I really missed this." Zero said and the piece goes in his mouth and he was blessed, he really loved it.
But...there was something which was making him feel like...empty? He looked around, and there was nothing except the stuff he got, the canvas, the pencil and the colors. He looked at it very seriously...
Two hours passed, Zero finally heard the shouting of joy of Delta and Eclipse but he stayed on his position.
"Now you go and sleep, you have to go to school, right?" Delta said and the door opened. Delta and Eclipse started walking in and suddenly they noticed Zero, sitting on the wooden floor in the living room and looking outside at the sky and making something.
Eclipse moved ahead with a smile and wished, "Good night brother Sacreficer." And she moved ahead...but Delta remain on her place...she was feeling something familiar, something awkward...she was now curious, about what Zero was making and she stepped ahead and looked...and her eyes suddenly widened.
It was a beautiful scenery painting of night, in the forest and a woman looking up.at the sky and smiling...no doubt, the woman was Alpha.
Delta's eyes widened, she was shocked... and there was just one word on her lips.
"...Zero?"
Zero looked back and Delta was now more shocked, but more shocked was Zero. He started sweating and asked, "...To whom you are calling?"
"You are...Zero?"
And Zero started sweating more...he looked at Delta and requested, "I don't know...how you know my actual name, but please...can you keep it a secret from others?"
Delta was now confused...he wants to hide his name--
"He will come with the scattered memories, so it will be you all who will find him."
And Delta remembered the words of God of Time before getting a life. She finally smiled, looking down and said, "So it's really you... Zero....we all waited for you...for too long... you know that...?"
