WebNovels

IMPORTANT!!! READ!!!

Okay, time for an announcement! Maybe a poll!

For those of you who are up to date or read the warnings, there's an editor (Scott Fellman) whom I really appreciate because, thanks to him, the latest chapters are much more readable than the initial mess.

Now, as I mentioned in one of the announcements, but in case you didn't read them, he focuses primarily on new chapters for publication, of both works I write. But he's also slowly working on the old chapters (don't expect them to be edited or corrected overnight, I'm serious, slowly! We're both busy!). And that's a problem, at least here at Webnovel.

The problem is the Webnovel comment format. Paragraph comments are linked to specific text locations. If I edit or move any text, even a single letter, all the comments made will be deleted. And that's something I really don't want to happen.

So I can't just edit them directly, so there are two solutions!

1 - Edit everything on the same chapters, deleting all the comments.

or

2 - Create new chapters and add tags to identify them.

Both have pros and cons, so I'm undecided! I've already mentioned the first option, but as for the second, it's the simple fact that the chapters will be duplicated and the word count will falsely increase.

That said, please vote or comment on whichever one you want to see happen! I just published the initial 5 edited chapters. The old, unedited chapters will have the (OLD) tag at the beginning of the chapter title, and since I can't place them in another volume, they'll be moved to the beginning so they're grouped together. Meanwhile, the edited and corrected versions will have the (NEW!) tag at the beginning of the chapter title.

(Assume that those without this tag are unedited unless they have an editor's note at the beginning of the chapter.)

If you like this format, every time the old chapters are finished, they will be added in that way.

Thanks for reading!
