There was a pause at the other end of the phone before Lu Xiaoer said earnestly,
"To be precise, he's the one with the problem, not me."
"...Since you're in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, can the issue really just lie with one person?"
Song Lili asked.
Lu Xiaoer took a deep breath,
"Lili, I know you care about me and want things to work out between me and Zhongli Wuzhi. Honestly, I want that too, but the truth is, we just don't mesh well in too many areas. These past months, I've been exhausted, and so has he."
