"Can you give us a moment, please?" said Katerin, feeling a little uncomfortable. She was also uncomfortable with the Archdukes; it was much worse now that two of these high nobles were following her.
The high-ranking vampires looked at her for a moment with sleepy eyes before nodding and leaving the tent, standing at the entrance.
Everyone sighed, but they still felt nervous because a two-centimeter-thick piece of fabric separated them from the vampires with the highest status in the entire territory and vampire history. But even at that distance, they felt at least a little calmer since they couldn't see them directly and didn't have to worry about the looks they were giving them.
"What happened?"
"Nothing has changed. We will head to the marquis territories near the central regions, while the Archdukes will go east and west, then meet us in the center," Katerin replied without much reassurance.
