Floating Island Management
On the Floating Island, Yun Yun told Yuto Saito, "Xiaotu, I've sent you the statistics for the number of family members we've brought over."
"Okay," Yuto replied, checking his phone.
The list showed:
Ni Shuang's relatives: 16
Hu Tuan'er's relatives: 8
Ruoruo's relatives: 7
Juzi's relatives: 6
Natto's relatives: 6
Yuqi's relatives: 6
Mifen's relatives: 5
Nako's relatives: 4
Yun Yun's relatives: 2
The total came to 60 people. Aside from Mina's family, all the other team members had brought their relatives to the island. This number was fewer than Yuto had expected. He was particularly surprised that Ni Shuang alone had brought 16 relatives, seemingly all her aunts and uncles.
Bringing the team members' families to the island would put everyone's minds at ease, freeing them from constant worry about their loved ones' safety.
Mifen spoke up, "Captain, my parents are settled in. If you give me the seeds, I'll have them start planting."
Yuto smiled. "Don't worry, let everyone rest today. They can start working tomorrow morning. We'll combine work and rest: work during the day, and entertainment at night."
"Okay," Mifen nodded, thinking how considerate and humane Yuto's management style was.
Yuto handed the seeds from his storage ring to Mifen. "These seeds are for you. You can plant them in the future and have your parents manage them. If they do well, there will be rewards."
"What kind of reward?" Mifen asked, surprised.
"We'll be implementing a Floating Island Contribution Value System soon," Yuto explained. "With contribution points, you'll be able to exchange for whatever you want. We can support everyone in the early stages, but it can't stay like this forever. Everyone needs to contribute and earn points."
He continued, "For example, in the future, if we have Awakening Pills, you'll be able to exchange your contribution points for them, or for strengthening potions."
Hearing this, Yun Yun chimed in, "That's a good idea! Everyone needs to earn contribution points through labor. If they want to exchange for food or daily necessities, they'll need points."
"The contribution value can be recorded with a magnetic card," Yuqi suggested.
Yuto nodded slightly. He didn't want to simply support this group of people indefinitely; they needed to understand that a better life came from their own efforts.
Just then, the system sent a series of notifications:

Ten messages came in a row, indicating that Ni Shuang's group had encountered ordinary zombies. Yuto didn't use an experience pill for such a small-scale encounter; it would be a waste of the ten-times experience boost. Experience pills were best reserved for at least a horde of over 1,000 zombies.
Mina's Parents Rescued
Meanwhile, on Wall Street, inside a house, Ni Shuang smiled. "It's done!"
"Mina, there were ten zombies in your house," Natto remarked. "That's terrible."
Mina looked at the fallen zombies. "These are my neighbors. I've seen them before," she said, especially remembering the large, bespectacled man and the one with a receding hairline.
Hu Tuan'er asked, "Mina, where's your basement? Let's go see if your parents are there."
Mina nodded and walked toward the basement. She knocked on the door, shouting, "Dad, Mom, it's Mina! Open the door! All the zombies outside were killed by us."
After a moment, the basement door opened, and a middle-aged man and woman emerged. The man was Mi Wanzhong, and the woman was Tang Meiting.
Seeing her parents safe, Mina's heart finally settled, and a bright smile lit her face. Tang Meiting hugged Mina, exclaiming excitedly, "My Nana, why are you here!"
"Mom, why didn't you tell me you and Dad were hiding in the basement?" Mina asked.
Tang Meiting sighed sadly. "After the apocalypse broke out, neighbors were visiting our house for your father's birthday. Two of them suddenly turned into zombies and started biting people. Your father and I managed to hide in the basement and escape, but there was no signal down there. I thought the army would come soon, but after three days, no one arrived. Fortunately, we had a month's worth of food in the basement, so we didn't dare come out."
With ten zombies in the living room and her parents being ordinary people, Mina understood why they had remained hidden. It was fortunate they had food in the basement.
Mi Wanzhong looked at Mina, Ni Shuang, and the others, asking, "Why are you all here?"
"Dad, we're all Awakened, and our team has teleportation," Mina explained. "Hurry and pack up, I'll take you out of here."
"Teleportation?" Mi Wanzhong found it incredible. Were the Awakened truly that powerful?
After they packed, Mina granted her parents permission to enter the Floating Island. Hu Tuan'er then used teleportation, bringing everyone back to the Floating Island.
Standing in front of the floating community, Mi Wanzhong and Tang Meiting were stunned. Tang Meiting gasped, "Is this place a fairyland?"
Mina smiled. "Mom, you and Dad will live in this building from now on. Come with me." She was overjoyed as she led her parents to the first building and arranged a room for them.
Ni Shuang, Natto, and Hu Tuan'er all returned to the villa and reported the situation to Yuto Saito.
Gathering More Survivors
On the other side, Ruoruo and the others arrived at Sister Zhou's dormitory. Zhou Shuyi, Luo Xin, Shu Nana, and Liu Yiling looked up at them.
Ruoruo said playfully, "Good news! Our captain has agreed to pick you up and bring you to the island."
Hearing this, Zhou Shuyi and the other three girls cheered.
Zhou Shuyi looked triumphant. "I told you, it was right to stay! 610, you actually thought about going to the shelter!" '610' was Liu Yiling's nickname, sounding similar to her name.
Liu Yiling smiled. "Sister Zhou is the smartest. I was wrong."
Zhou Shuyi raised her chin proudly. "Follow Yuto Saito in the future; our good days are here."
Nako handed over a ring. "Put everything you want into this ring and come with us."
"Okay!" Zhou Shuyi said excitedly. The four girls began to pack their belongings.
Juzi asked, "Are you four the only ones left in the entire girls' dormitory?"
"There are still people upstairs, Wang Yumeng and Xiao Shen," Zhou Shuyi replied.
"I counted, and there are about 20 people left," Luo Xin added.
"Okay, you guys pack up first. I'll go inform them," Nako said.
Zhou Shuyi looked surprised. "Yuto Saito wants to recruit so many people?"
"Yes," Ruoruo answered. "You'll be shocked when we get to where we live. Go there, and you'll understand."
"I can't wait after you say that!" Zhou Shuyi exclaimed cheerfully.
