Catherine's face instantly paled as she caught sight of the person chasing her mid-sprint.
Berick!
He's not dead!
How could he still be alive?!
Meanwhile, Robin noticed that the helicopter tailing him hadn't fired a single shot. Something felt off.
Sure enough, after trailing him for a while, the helicopter abruptly turned around and headed back.
Robin didn't hesitate for a second—he immediately gave chase.
But before he could catch up, the helicopter hovered in place, and a man appeared directly in front of him.
Berick.
Berick was gripping Catherine by her collar, her body limp and unconscious.
Seeing Robin, Berick remarked with a touch of sarcasm, "Well done, Agent Robin. You nearly slipped away. You wanted permission-level clearance, didn't you? Now you'll just have to wait for today. Oh, and next time, you better get a plane if you're trying to flee."
Robin narrowed his eyes. "Berick! Let her go!"
