The next morning, the Quinn Villa was alive with quiet excitement. The ballroom which had not held a party in years, had been transformed.
Rows of neatly arranged chairs faced a small arch draped in white fabric and fresh roses. The air smelled faintly of jasmine, and sunlight poured in through the tall windows, making the entire room glow softly.
Inside Sabrina's room as she got dressed, Delilah stood beside her, attending to her every need.
After her makeup was done and she was dressed, Sabrina dismissed the others in the room, wanting to speak with Delilah alone.
"I have a confession," Sabrina said, looking at Delilah with a guilty expression.
Delilah with concern. "What is it?"
