Pierre took a cautious step back as the full gravity of his situation began to dawn on him.
The dark energy coiled around Jasmine set dozens of alarm bells clanging through him, and every hair on his body stood on end in warning.
She... she was dangerous!
"You bitch...!" Pierre growled.
"You have two affinities... and a magnificent one at that!? This is not fair! You are cheating! You are a fucking cheater! By the sun, where is the equality in this!? How can a woman like you be so favored!? The gods are unjust! Unjust!"
"Shut your mouth."
"...!"
Pierre flinched at the coldness of her voice, which seemed steeped in the very darkness she wielded.
'No... no! I just need to get rid of this fucking two-faced cunt! After that, that useless silver one will be easy! She is too weak! It is a fucking insult to have her even here. It pisses me off!'
