Aleshia nodded at Em's suggestion and asked, "That sounds like an interesting proposition. What is the quest you all are heading on?"
Em wasn't entirely sure what the quest involved, so she looked toward Tristan, knowing he would have the details. After all, he would be the one briefed on the quest by either Daniel or the adventurers' guild.
Tristan picked up on her silent plea for help and took over the conversation. "What Em was saying is that our quest involves gathering a wide variety of ingredients and slaying a few monsters. We had planned to leave the monster hunting for last since we don't have enough space for the meat or their materials. And since we'll be camping in the wilderness, our supplies will take up a lot of room in our storage bags, leaving us with little space for foraged items. We were inevitably going to have to decline this request, but if you're willing to join us, we can accept it without any issues. Your support, firepower, and storage capacity would be crucial for this job, so thank you in advance for lending us your strength and aid." Tristan spoke seriously throughout, demonstrating that he had carefully considered the quest's logistics and what he and his party would need to bring or sacrifice to complete the job.
Em looked back at Aleshia and said, "What he said," unable to remember all of what Tristan had mentioned. "So, how about it? Are you interested in joining us?" She tilted her head.
Aleshia consulted with Lucia, starting with her willingness to participate in their quest. She wanted to make sure that Lucia had a say in the decision. After a brief and silent back-and-forth, Lucia managed to get some concessions from Aleshia and agreed to the quest proposed by the group.
The conversation lasted only a few seconds, so there was no cause for confusion at the silence being out of place. Aleshia, after appearing to weigh her options, finally responded, "Yes, that sounds like fun. I would love to join the party on this adventure.
Upon hearing Aleshia's answer, the group erupted into applause, celebrating the good news. "Welcome to the party! Let's work together!" This sudden reaction briefly confused Aleshia, but she decided to go along with it. "So, when will we be leaving, and how long do you think we will be gone on this quest?" She asked, wanting to get a clearer idea of the time frame.
