Chapter 4 - Hades warning

Hades stood within the heart of the ancient temple ruin, the air thick with the weight of forgotten centuries. Before him, the 17 chosen individuals, including Aragon, stood eager and anxious. The body of a Titan, infused within the temple's structure, pulsed with a primordial energy.

Hades raised his hands, and his voice boomed through the temple, reciting an ancient incantation of incarnation. The words echoed off the stone walls, and the ground began to shake. The chosen 17 stumbled, falling to the ground as the energy of the Titans coursed through their veins.

As they lay there, their bodies began to transform, their minds expanding with newfound powers. Hades watched, a sense of pride and satisfaction washing over him.

When the transformation was complete, Hades gazed upon his new creations.

Aragon, now the god of chaos, stood second only to Hades in the underworld.

Worus, the god of the sun, radiated warmth and light.

Borus, the god of the moon, shone with a gentle, ethereal glow.

Kronux, the god of thunder, crackled with energy, his voice like the rumble of thunder.

Rodile, the god of war, stood tall, his eyes blazing with a fierce inner fire.

Agrus, the god of wisdom, seemed to hold the secrets of the universe within his gaze.

Roxila, the goddess of darkness, moved with an unseen power, her presence felt but not seen.

Jendris, the god of protection and invincibility, stood like a bulwark, unyielding and strong.

Helgon, the god of death, seemed to wield the very fabric of mortality.

Runji, the god of the sky and flight, soared through the air with ease.

Laghum, the god of craftsmanship, shaped the very stone beneath his feet.

Gloxinia, the goddess of love and beauty, shone like a radiant star.

Zarius, the god of justice and pain, stood with an unyielding sense of righteousness.

Indras, the god of foresight, saw beyond the veil of time.

Serilan, the goddess of ice,she commanded the ice with a mere thought.

Trouma, the god of sound, created symphonies of wonder.

Bynx, the god of speed, moved with a velocity that defied the eye.

Hades gazed upon his new creations, his heart swelling with pride. These were no mere mystical creatures; they were beastial gods, forged from the very essence of the Titans. And with them by his side, Hades knew that nothing could stop him from claiming the throne of Olympus.

Hades, accompanied by Aragon, emerged from the shadows, his presence unexpected and uninvited. The gods of Olympus, gathered in the grand hall, turned to face him, their expressions a mix of surprise and curiosity.

Zeus, informed of Hades' arrival by Hermes, eagerly made his way to the gathering, his eyes fixed intently on his brother. The air was thick with tension as the two gods faced each other.

Hades, his voice dripping with malice, began to speak. "So, Zeus, I see you're still cowering behind your throne. How...predictable."

Zeus' face darkened, his eyes flashing with anger. "Hades, you dare to come here and mock me? After your unprovoked attack on Elyria?"

Hades chuckled, the sound sending shivers down the spines of the gathered gods. "Unprovoked? Ah, Zeus, you wound me. Elyria was a mere pawn in my game, a game you would do well to remember."

Aragon, standing beside Hades, watched the exchange with interest. He could feel the weight of the gods' gaze upon him, but he stood firm, his loyalty to Hades unwavering.

Hades took a step closer to Zeus, his voice dropping to a menacing whisper. "You would do well to remember, Zeus, that I am not to be trifled with. I will not be threatened, and I will not be defeated. You would do well to recall the last time we clashed...and the price you paid."

The gods of Olympus shifted uncomfortably, their eyes darting between Hades and Zeus. They knew that Hades spoke the truth, that he wasn't a force to be reckoned with.

Zeus' face twisted with rage, but Hades merely smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "I'll give you a choice, Zeus. You may either swear fealty to me, or you may face my wrath. The choice is yours...for now."

The hall fell silent, the gods holding their collective breath as they awaited Zeus' response.

Zeus, his face set in a mask of confidence, sneered at Hades' ultimatum. "You think I, the king of the gods, would ever swear fealty to you? You are nothing but a pretender, a usurper seeking to claim a throne that is not yours."

Hades' expression remained calm, but his eyes flashed with anger. With a swift and deadly motion, he reached out and slammed Zeus to the ground, the king of the gods crashing onto the marble floor with a resounding thud.

The Olympian soldiers, stationed around the hall, immediately sprang into action, pointing their spears and swords at Hades. But the god of the underworld merely laughed, the sound echoing off the walls.

Aragon, standing beside Hades, seemed to vanish into thin air. One moment he was there, the next he was gone. But the sound of steel slicing through flesh and the cries of the soldiers told the tale of his whereabouts.

In an incredible display of stealth and agility, Aragon had moved behind the six soldiers, taking them down with swift and deadly precision. The soldiers crumpled to the ground, their bodies lifeless.

The hall fell silent once more, the only sound the heavy breathing of Hades and the soft clatter of Aragon's sword as he returned to his master's side. Zeus, still lying on the ground, stared up at Hades with a mixture of shock and fear.

Hades gazed down at Zeus, his eyes blazing with triumph. "You see, Zeus, I am not one to be underestimated.

Aragon stood tall, his eyes fixed on Zeus, his sword still trembling with the force of his blows. The message was clear: Hades was not to be trifled with, and those who dared oppose him would be dealt with swiftly and mercilessly.

The other Olympian gods stood in stunned silence, their eyes wide with shock and fear. They had never seen anyone, let alone Hades, dare to attack Zeus and get away with it.

Hades turned to Zeus and warned, "Stay down, Zeus. Do not try to rise, or I will claim your head as my own. You have been warned."

Zeus, still lying on the ground, looked up at Hades with a mixture of anger and fear. He knew that Hades was not bluffing, and that he would indeed carry out his threat if Zeus tried to rise.

With a final glance at Zeus, Hades turned and vanished into thin air, Aragon by his side. The two of them disappeared as suddenly as they had appeared, leaving the Olympian gods to pick up the pieces.

The hall was silent for a moment, the only sound the heavy breathing of the gods. Then, slowly, they began to stir, their faces filled with shock and concern.

They knew that they had to take action against Hades, or risk losing their power and their authority.

As the gods began to discuss their next move, Zeus slowly got to his feet, his eyes blazing with anger and determination. He knew that he had to take action against Hades, and he was determined to do just that.
