The Second Climb

Decades ago, the First Tower appeared, seemingly endless and infested with vile creatures. People who entered and came back were called Climbers, humanity’s first hope against the Tower. They were guided by the System, A mysterious Interface that allows Climbers to level up and gain supernatural abilities known as Gifts. After ascending to the Final Floor, known as the Final Achievement, the Tower vanished. …and peace returned Until now. A new Tower has appeared. But this one different—Twisted, and reeking a scent of death and decay, filled with unusual perplexing creatures. There is no system. No guidance. This time power is not given but manifested from their deepest desires. And this time. They’re not climbing up. They’re falling down.
