"Since these Purple Worms are more valuable than we imagined, it's worth investing more effort and cost into them."
Gaven naturally wouldn't tell the Earth Bear that this result also exceeded his expectations, and he eagerly planned: "This unique magical beast is rare in the Material Plane; the Earth Elemental Plane is their true homeland.
Spend more time there and see if you can find more Purple Worms, so the name of their race can be truly deserved."
The Earth Elemental Plane is an endless expanse of land filled with countless tunnels and caves, a paradise for creatures like the tunneling Purple Worms.
Or rather, Purple Worms are an invasive species from the Material Plane, and the Earth Elemental Plane is their native plane.
As for how they ended up in the Material Plane by chance?
Or did someone realize their utility in digging tunnels and introduced them to the Material Plane?
That remains unknown.
