Loki POV
I surveyed my surroundings.
Everything was enclosed by glass made of an extremely durable material, clearly irritating to break using brute force alone. Still, that was never how I intended to deal with it anyway. I could also sense countless gazes fixed upon my body—most likely some kind of surveillance system—as well as runes similar to those used by my father and the sorcerers of Asgard.
I took a deep breath and, slowly but surely, released my divine and magical energy. It took some time, but I finally managed to construct a simple illusion, one that should grant me at least a brief window of opportunity.
With that done, I easily removed the fragile human shackles. This time, I projected my divine energy forward. Unlike before, when the effect had been minimal, I now felt strong resistance.
"Damn earthling!! Somehow he mixes different magics, witchcraft, and runes. Their language and power are strangely strong and well-consolidated.
