In the nursery, Yu Yu and Anan were sitting on the bed playing with ocean balls. Anan wanted to grab the red ball in Yu Yu's hand, reached out but missed, and fell headfirst.
Qin Yuji found it amusing, picked up Anan, and kissed her cheek with a smile.
While they were talking, Chi Jingxuan came in.
Yu Yu laughed even more brightly, trying to stand up while holding onto the rail of the crib. Chi Jingxuan smiled, came over, and picked Yu Yu up in his arms.
After playing downstairs for a while, once the two little ones were coaxed to sleep, Chi Jingxuan and Qin Yuji, as usual, walked hand in hand around the neighborhood.
In the blink of an eye, it was Saturday.
Early in the morning, Qin Yuji got up to play with the two little ones.
Nearing ten o'clock, the two little ones fell asleep, and Qin Yuji went to the study.
"Today, I might be back a little later. Can you be a stay-at-home dad?"
Qin Yuji leaned against the door, smiling, and asked Chi Jingxuan.
"Sure."
