Derek picked up his phone when he had heard the notification sound
" I guess Melinda will be doing her School project earlier than I thought, She went to the City this morning for it" Derek said when he had read the message
" She sent you a text?" Timmy asked
" Yeah, she do that sometimes" Derek answered
" She had the chance to talk to you this morning... Is this a new method for girls?" Timmy asked
" He is still mad that Claire haven't answered his call" Kelvin said laughing
" What about you? Your girl haven't showed up since morning " Timmy bombarded
" You mean the girl who gave me a morning kiss before going to the supermarket?" Kelvin bombarded back with a grin
" Wow, really? That's so caring of her, wait till your relationship is two months old" Timmy said
" That can't happen because she just messaged me with a kiss emoji " Kelvin said showing him the message. Timmy fell flat on the beach sand when he had lost the argument
" While you guys are chatting and finding a way to murder each other; I am going to have a chat with Melinda's mum " Derek said as he stood to his feet
" Should we pretend to be surprise when you tell us your wedding date with Melinda because it looks like what you will be discussing with her?" Kelvin asked
" Fuck you" Derek said to him with a hand gesture
" He just said the F word" Timmy said pretending to be surprise and Kelvin signed.
Mary smiled when she had received back a message from Kelvin. She placed her phone back into her pocket as she took to her heels to lock her car which had stayed hidden from everyone. She had always had it hidden on her safe spot which was a twenty minutes drive to the beach. The moment she raised her head up, she was disturbed by the masculine figure standing close to a tree. She couldn't see the face clearly as the long distance blurred the clear sight of him. The moment the man had seen she had noticed him; he quickly took to his heel running deeper into the bush. Mary pick up a run heading towards the direction he had gone into.
" Melinda didn't tell you she was going out?" Derek curiously asked her again
" Yes, I haven't seen her since last night, I thought she was probably with you" Melinda's mum responded
" Maybe you have forgotten ma, Melinda told me about your illness" Derek said
" I didn't Derek, when Mary couldn't find her, I told Mary to buy my medicine for me, I took it last night" Melinda's mum responded
" Okay, I will call Melinda, don't worry about her because she is totally fine. She messaged me today saying she had an urgent thing to do at school" Derek told her
" Thank you Derek" She said really thrilled to hear that he cares about her daughter.

" You can't hide forever Joe! I figured out that you are the only one who would stalk me. You must have followed my sister here!!" She shouted after few minutes of looking around for him. She heard the leaves smooch against each other before exposing the Young Man to her
" You look prettier, when was the last time we saw each other; was it five months ago? You look sexier than ever whenever I see you, it reminds me of the good old times" Joe said
Mary balled her fist in anger " You and your brother are the same, very toxic; I am not surprised that you didn't want the police to investigate your brother's case because you knew that they would find out he is a drug addict and you are his dealer" Mary said to him
" Oh my goodness, I still like how sharp your brain is; that is your top beauty and the only thing that kept my business running " He told her as he light the cigar on his hand
" You must be crazy for wanting me to go back with you and do your drug business. You must have forgotten I killed your brother... My ex-boyfriend. What makes you think that I won't do the same to you?" She asked him
" You won't because I know you still love me . You dated my brother because you wanted to get away from me but he was worse than I. You were my whore..."
"Don't call me that" Mary interrupted
" I am going to make Judith do drugs if you don't come back with me. She would do anything for you" Joe said
" Leave her out of this" Mary warned
" I didn't know you cared about her too. I thought you only cared about your new guy Kelvin. Do you think he will be better than I too if he finds out you are a whore, a drug dealer, a pretender and a murderer who have no one nor have somewhere to go?" he asked her
Mary quickly rushed to him and pushed him hard to the ground which lead to a big fight. Mary almost scratched out his flesh if he hadn't pushed her off from him.
Licking the blood on his lips , he looked at Mary who was bleeding from the injury he had gotten when he had pushed her to the thick grass " I will make you come back to me. I am the only one who can take care of you" he told her before making his way into the bush
" Damn it" She said hitting her hand on her thigh
