Last three days have been fun for the people at the beach; also for Mary and Kelvin who couldn't keep their hands off each other. Claire and Timmy are a big exception as they haven't spoken to each other, there was a huge tension after the big chaos Mary had caused in between them, they are still figuring out what to do with each other. Derek could have been calm about the absence of Melinda and the fact that she messages him everyday which was the handwork of Mary but... Why on earth isn't she picking up her call whenever he calls. Derek decided to call one of Melinda's close friend just to be sure nothing is wrong with Melinda.
" Hi rose" he said on the phone
" Hi Derek, sure you didn't miss your way?" She teased
" Nope, I meant to call you since Melinda haven't picked my call for three days now" he said
" Did you two fight? You two are the last person on this planet that would do that" she quickly said
" No we didn't fight, we haven't talked on phone ever since she went back to school to finish her project" he told her
" Melinda came to school for project? Why haven't I seen her? I stay at the school dorm and always come to school to use the University computer " she told her
" Maybe you missed the time she was there" Derek said
" No she isn't, I will assure you of that. We haven't even talked for four days, maybe she is with her mum at the beach " she said
" I have been at the beach and none of us has seen her for the past four days after she had dropped a message that she had gone to school for her project" Derek told her
" The shocking thing here is that Melinda doesn't need to come to school for her project because she already have her materials at school. She already submitted her school project before the holiday, she just have to submit her project paperwork " she told him.
" Thank you for sharing this with me rose" he said
" You are welcome " she responded
" Where the hell are you Melinda?" He asked himself

" Come on stop Kelvin, I can't even expose my body now because of your love bites on them" Mary said with laughter
" I won't, I don't think I can ever get tired of you, I know it have been few weeks we knew each other but I can't help but feel this way" Kelvin said in happiness. Mary couldn't help but smile at him
" I think you should come with me to see my mum after Xmas, she wants to see you, when I told her I have a girlfriend, she kept on disturbing me like a parasite as if you are her own girlfriend, God; she is so restless about you" Kelvin said. When he looked up, he noticed the tears on Mary's eye
" Are you crying again?" He asked her
" I am not" she lied trying to hide her tears. she looked up to Kelvin and held his hands
" Would you have treated me the same if I wasn't this good or would it be different?" She asked him
" What do you mean Mary? You wouldn't be that bad and beside... Everyone of us has a demon in us" he told her
" What if my demon was bigger?" She asked him curiously
" Then we would fight it together, isn't it the purpose of a relationship? To stand and trust each other" he said
Mary embraced him as he silently pat her on her back. Her phone vibrated on her hand after some one had sent a video to her. It was a message that came with a short video from whoever it was that had sent it
" I will be right back" she told him
" Hurry, let's go swimming or maybe go see a movie at the cinema close by" he told her
" Movie sounds perfect" she told him with a smile before leaving the room. She hurriedly check her phone to see what the video was all about. She balled her hands in anger when she had seen the disrespecting naked video of her sister as she was drugged with cocaine. A message came through with a threat that she should surrender herself or they would make her sister worse
" Looking forward to meeting you again Mary. Hope you change your mind then" the message came again
" Burn in hell, I am going to kill you if I see you" she messaged back
" Good luck with that" the message came again.
