Gold and Silver Island is no longer what it once was. The pirate-infested, filthy Lighthouse Street is now filled with the sounds of harps and poetry.
Even the wooden sign hanging at the tavern's entrance no longer lists the prices of cheap ale and new maidens but instead displays the schedule of bard performances, as if the entire island has become a sanctuary for poetry and song.
The demand for Professional Scrolls has risen accordingly.
Wu Heng glanced over and casually put away the Professional Scroll that Mini had taken out.
"Tell Xi Ligui to request another batch from headquarters; the Island Lord's Mansion will buy them all," Wu Heng said, taking a light sip from his teacup.
"Yes, Master!" Mini picked up her phone and walked to the side to call Xi Ligui.
Cat Girl Robey grabbed a fruit from the coffee table, took a bite, and said, "Master, why buy so many Bard Scrolls? We won't need them."
"They will be given to those without a profession," Wu Heng replied.
