Feng Qingxue hadn't lived long with Wen Ruyu, but she knew well his love for famous paintings from past and present, to him a mountain of treasures couldn't compare to a single painting he cherished.
So when Wen Ruyu asked his daughter to bring her four ancient paintings, Feng Qingxue was a bit incredulous.
Fubao also held her face in awe, lovingly gazing at the paintings being unfolded simultaneously, and exclaimed with a tone of near worship, "Grandpa Wen is really so generous, Mom! Such paintings, such unique paintings, ones that are truly destroyed and lost forever, Grandpa Wen just says they're yours and gives them to you, and not just four paintings! Oh, there's even more beyond the paintings."
Only then did Feng Qingxue notice the other items apart from the ancient paintings: a few rolls of Gu Embroidery, a Duan Inkstone, a set of twelve zodiac jade ornaments, and a carved zitan brush holder featuring the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove.
