This is gonna be a much shorter chapter then normal, most likely anyway if I can't think of some good filler to add into here. If you see this, then you know it's most likely under 1000 words.

Raven let a soft hum out as he considered on just who and what they fae were.
Tricksters.
Enemy of the Irish pantheon. Fuck those guys!
Some of, if not the best, crafters in the world. After all, Excalibur was created by The Lady of The Lake, Vivian. At least according to all the books he can get a hold of, he'd ask Artoria later.
They lived in their own realm.
Love of shiny things and gifts, which honestly, explains so much about himself.
Weakness of cold iron.
Shapeshifting.
"Hm, this honestly explains so much, I feel stupid not realizing it." Raven mused aloud as he tossed up a small ball and then created a knife and through it pinning the ball to the roof.
There was many already pinned to the roof.
With a sigh he closed the book nearest to him and waved his hand causing all the knives to fall and neatly stack themselves together and just lay on the floor, let whoever finds them be confused.
"I need more books." Raven decided as he let a soft hum out and vanished into a portal. He knew just where to acquire such knowledge.
With a grin on his face, Raven slipped through into the Irish underworld, also known as Otherworld. Like the different parts of the Greek underworld, Otherworld had Tír na nÓg (Land of the Young), Mag Mell (Plain of Delight) and several other zones.
Manannán mac Lir, a sea god and warrior associated with the Tuatha Dé Danann, made up being like The Dagda(the great god), The Morrígan(a powerful war goddess accosted with death), Lugh(a god of many skills), and several others like Nuada, Aengus, and Brigid.
He and The Dagda are often depicted as the rulers of The Otherworld. However there was no one ruler of The Otherworld, so multiple beings had laid claims to rule the miniature dimensions inside of The Otherworld.
(This might not be fully mythologically accurate, I'm taking creative liberties here, and also doing research on a whole mythology to write this chapter. It's why it's so short.)
So what better then to sneak through said pocket dimensions and rifle through libraries?
He was a Ravenclaw for a reason.
He giggled happily as he easily slipped past defenses. It was honestly pathetically easy to do now. Like super easy…
"Ah." He let a small hum of understanding out as he realized what it was, and the cause was floating above his head. More specifically, the crown on his head with golden slightly glowing feather decorations.
Feathers of Gabriel, The Messenger of God. They who can go anywhere without worry, for the Messenger can freely travel as needed for Gods message.
"Angel after my own heart." He grinned happily and quickly grabbed many books on the fae.
Pleased with his hunt he opened his wings and flew through the barriers between the death realms and into The Underworld where he opened a portal and quickly left.

A week later a meeting of all Death deities would take place, the divine beings who ruled over The Otherworld, revealing that they had been robbed, their books on the fae taken. Copies would be made, but it would take centuries to require and require all the books properly. A mere amount of time for them, but it was the fact some group managed to slip in and take everything.
Hades sat there grumbling, when the meeting was over he went and just smacked Raven into a wall. Then left. People in Hogwarts would find a unfixed person sized dent in the wall and decided to leave it there out of fear and respect.

Raven let a small laugh out at his, stolen, collection of books. Bookshelves upon bookshelves filled, he may or may not have stolen the bookshelves too.
With a pleased nod he began reading.
His goal was to find an entrance to the fae realms. Otherwise known as The Feywild or The Faerieland.
There was many throughout the world, or rather there used to be, but since the fall of Camelot many of the fae have pulled back from the planets surface.
At times random portals would open up into the planet, but pinpointing or forcing one of them open would be a waste of calculations, so instead he would find a more easygoing route.
He could open a portal and hope for the best, but his luck wasn't that good. Probably.
"No, don't give into the stupid idea." He said to himself before he opened the books and started reading through them.
Several people would appear to find him over a recent newspaper release spreading over the world, but would decide it could wait as they heard his cackles and saw the army of filled bookshelves as he read through books in less then a minute. Flying notes dashing around.
Yeah, they could wait to talk to the newly revealed magician.

Guess it ended up short, much shorter then I thought it would be, however after next chapter I promise they'll go back to their normal 2000 rough word count. As a gift here's the title of next chapter.
Chapter 82: A Dogs View
Anyways hope you enjoyed the relatively very short chapter compared to normal.
Bye~
