[Chakra is made of two different energies- Physical energy and spiritual energy. these two combine and join together in a person's body for chakra to form] She started her explanation in a serious voice.
[Physical energy generates from a person's physical strength or body's strength. The more a person's physical strength is, the higher that person's physical energy will be. Most shinobi can gain a physical strength of about a chunin level shinobi by extensive training and effort. But only a few can reach Kage level physical strength and that is also only possible by even more intense training]
[Then, There is spiritual energy, which generates from a person's spirit or soul's strength. The more a person's spiritual strength is, the more his spiritual energy will be. most shinobi can only acquire upto chunnin level spiritual strength with a lot of meditation and discipline. But a few can acquire jounin level and even rarer could, a kage level spiritual strength]
[In the information I gained through the 'search', these were the only two factors that creates a person's chakra, BUT.] She said the BUT in a louder tone.

[The spirit-body synchronization is, actually just a measure. It measures how much a person's body and soul is in sync. And, the more a person's body and soul is in sync the better his physical and spiritual energies will comine, making it easier for chakra to be created]
[So...A grand total of three factors come into play to create chakra- Physical energy, Spiritual energy and spirit-body synchronization] She said and then stopped to let me digest all that information.
The physical and spiritual energies combine to create chakra and the spirit-body synchronization is a measure of how much someone's body and spirit is in sync. But how doesThe spirit-body synchronization helps in forming chakra? I wanted to ask her but she started before I could ask her.
[Now, These were the theories behind the first training method I am going to tell you, about the chakra volume training method] She said again in a serious tone.
(So we are gonna start with chakra volume, huh?)
[Yes, I decided to tell you the longest explanation first and it was about the chakra volume. Also...The training method I am going to tell you might not be that affective on other people. these can be affective on them but it will be a rare case] She said.
(Why might that be?) I asked.
[That is because I have checked your body and I know your body the best. What it has more and what it lacks. And thus I have found the perfect way to increase your chakra which might not work on others]
(Makes sense...please continue) I said.
[Good. Now the first method is to constantly empty you chakra reserves. I think that I have told you of this method before...but I'll still tell you anyway. So, how this works is...That although chakra is created by the three factors I told you before, After the creation, it needs to be stored somewhere, And it is stored in your body. But, your body has a max limit of how much chakra it can store, Which can be grown by constantly using it just like any other part of your body, Hence this first method]
[The second thing you need to do is to try and increase the energy you are lacking between physical and spiritual energies. These are the two energies that actually needs to combine EQUALLY, In order to form chakra. If one energy is less then the other, the chakra created would equal to the amount of the smaller energy]
[And in your case, you need to increase your physical strength more because your spiritual strength is already at Kage level. It was like this even before your death in the previous world. Your strong initial spiritual strength is also the reason Hell recruited you, Which is not a common thing]
(I...see...I don't know what to say on that.) I admitted feeling a bit weird.

[To be honest, You are not gonna understand without any examples, and...I don't have any to give you since I don't know anything about the Naruto world. Which is why, I was wondering...If you could, you know?...let me look into your mind and read your memories of this place?] She asked abruptly, causing me to be confused.
(What?...Hell No!) I said while thinking along the lines of 'Is she joking? I don't know what to say to her now...but, entering my mind? That's a Hell No!'

[...well?] She asked getting impatient by my silence.
(...OH! HELL NO!) My response was the same. My voice leaving no room for negotiation.

(I am not being a baby. And, will you let anyone enter YOUR mind?) I argued back making her stop bickering.
[...I understand that but...You should still make your mind. I have you know that...to form a trusting relationship between us, I have stopped myself from looking into your mind, even if I can easily do so] She said giving me too much information or maybe she wanted me to know that.
(What?) I asked. Knowing exactly what she meant by those words.
[...I can look into your mind without your permission and without you even knowing about it. But...] She said with a calm but hesitant voice.
(...) I was silent. A deep frown etched on my forehead. Not exactly liking what I was hearing.
[I have not done that...Just so I can have your trust. We are going to work together in the future, so, It is important to trust each other. (Alr...) And, To be honest, I was really going to ask her that question, but then...I stopped myself.
As much as I want to ask her that question I know that...trust can't be established by a single party. It is an effort from both parties and by asking her that question, I am not trusting her, While she is, by letting me know this much about herself. So I stopped myself and swallowed back my words.
