Thomas's expression didn't look good, especially when seeing Helen's half-smiling face, making him feel even more humiliated and indignant.
Helen Melendy was clearly mocking him.
But the money was something he promised himself. Now was he going to say he didn't have the money?
If he said it like that, who knows how sarcastic this Helen Melendy would be?
But indeed, he couldn't bring out the money right now.
Thomas furrowed his brows in frustration, looking at Helen, his face reddened, and with a cold voice, he said:
"I didn't bring the card with me. I'll give it to you after I bail her out."
"Then sorry, come find me when you have the card."
