If Lucy Greene can't be found in ten or eight years, should they not get married?
Ryan Gregory couldn't answer for a moment.
Sofia Hamilton looked at him, pleading, "Is that okay?"
She didn't want to get married with this regret hanging over her...
As if she had brought nothing but misfortune to Lucy Greene, while she herself was contentedly enjoying all happiness.
"But what if, if she's never found?"
He had to bring up that possibility.
Because now, there's a 99% chance she's gone...
That's the sea, not a river, not a creek!!
Never mind how vast the sea is, a person falling into it can't possibly swim out, and even the fish in the sea wouldn't let go of an unexpected meal.
Sofia Hamilton lowered her gaze, "Then just half a year. If she's still not found after six months, we'll hold the wedding?"
Ryan Gregory still wanted to refuse.
But just as he was about to speak, he saw her eyes full of pleading.
