She hurriedly walked over, and just at that moment, a car sped around the corner.
The car accelerated, determined not to stop, filled with a decision to die if necessary. Regina Brown was prepared to drag her into the abyss!
Regina gripped the steering wheel tightly, her foot firmly pressing on the gas pedal without letting up.
The car sped towards her.
Sofia Hamilton realized it but felt someone forcefully push her aside.
She fell heavily to the ground, pushed far away, feeling her bones almost disintegrating, the pain preventing her from standing up. At that moment, a loud bang echoed, along with the screeching sound of tires on the quiet road.
She painfully crawled up, finding herself unharmed.
Besides some scratches on her palms, she was completely intact.
But…
Who pushed her away.
Looking at the stopped red sports car, Sofia's heart suddenly sank, filling her with foreboding.
