Chapter 31 - 1

Chapter 1 - A Bright Beginning

In the early half of the 21st century, strange mutations began to emerge in humans all over the world. Strange abilities, which shifted the course of the world forever. After 2 centuries, over 80% of the current population has some form of supernatural mutation, dubbed "quirks".

While some people used their quirks to commit evil, and selfish, deeds, good people began using their powers to help, and protect. As the years went on, heroics became a profession, and a popular one at that.

Although many heroes have done their best to help and protect, only one has been successful enough to be known worldwide. He saved over a thousand people, soon after his premier, and was dubbed the "Symbol of Peace".

All Might!

His presence alone was enough to decrease the crime rates exponentially!

Almost every person on the planet has a quirk, some are powerful enough to grant them a chance at heroism. Some people, however, are not, and must continue their lives as civilians, powerless to act heroically… but… what if they found a way to use their worthless powers in a way that gives them a chance to help people… imagine that…

An American exchange student is sitting in the auditorium of the Japanese school, U.A. high, the greatest hero school in the world. The boy's name is Ben Tennyson. He has moved to Japan momentarily to work his way to his goal of becoming a hero, which is fun, and to do that, he has to get an education, which is not fun…

Surrounding him are kids in all sorts of sizes, who, much like him, want to be heroes. On the stage is Pro Hero: Present Mic. He is an eccentric, and loud man, with blond hair, which is spiked upwards in a large tuft, and he has a small, brown mustache. His job as of now is to inform all of the children of what they are to do in the practical test, as everyone has already finished the written one… it went pretty well for Ben, strangely enough, as studies was never his strong suit, but he figured it out!

The test is a combat focused one. Everyone will be released into a city-like arena, and fight their way through robots, all worth points, ranging from 1-3. If you collect enough points within ten minutes, you will, most likely, pass. Suddenly, a blue-haired boy, with a pair of glasses stands up, and asks for the hero's attention. "Excuse me, Present Mic. According to your presentation, there are only 3 types of robots, but according to this slip, there are four. If this is a printing error, it is a shameful one, especially for the #1 school in Japan. And you!" The teen pointed to the row behind Ben's, where a green-haired boy was sitting, one that had been mumbling earlier. "Would you quiet down? You're mumbling has disturbed me, and most likely other contestants. You're ruining our concentration."

'That was harsh…' Ben thinks to himself.

"Alright, alright. Settle down, settle down!" Mic shouts. "The fourth robot, unlike the others, is worth zero points, and is meant to be more like an obstacle, rather than an enemy. It's not impossible to take down, but it's a smart decision to ignore it, as it's a waste of your time to go after."

"Thank you, and sorry for taking your time!"

'Very formal…'

"No problem. So, now then, you may move out, and head to your assigned locations. And remember… Plus… ULTRA!"

Ben is standing in front of the practical test area, eagerly awaiting the gates to open, and enter the battlefield. He finishes his inspection of the entrance, and he lifts his left hand to look at the watch-like contraption on his wrist. It resembles a smartwatch, with a square faceplate, with a symbol on it resembling an hourglass.

While he is getting ready, he notices the blue-haired guy again, once more scolding the green-haired boy… Ben returns his attention to the thing strapped to his wrist.

"Ok Omnitrix… please listen. I know you'll give me the wrong transformation, and when you do, can you at least give me something good." As he speaks the other contestants look at him strangely, obviously confused about the fact that he was talking to a watch. He notices that the others are giving him weird looks, so he smiles nervously. "Ehm… Sorry?" Everyone returns their gaze to the entrance, trying to regain their focus. Ben reaches towards the watch with his right hand, right as Present Mic's booming voice fills the area.

Present Mic's booming voice echoes through the area. "Ok, everyone, get moving! What are you waiting for? A countdown? There are no countdowns in real battles."

"Huh, ok, guess I gotta-" Ben turns around, and sees that everyone is dashing into the battlefield, besides that one green haired boy, who too began chasing after the others. The brown-haired boy follows, and he places his middle- and index fingers on the watch's faceplate, and a green hologram, looking like a ring, covered in symbols appears. He starts stroking the watch, and in response the circle spins. "Ok, listen. Please, I want, XLR8, Ok? I want something fast! Or strong. Something that can destroy as many things as possible, or else I'm not getting into UA. So please… give me something good." He lifts his hand from the faceplate, and it opens to show a cylinder-like piece of tech, with an hourglass-like symbol on it. He slams his hand down onto the watch, and he is engulfed in a flash of green light.

As the light dimmers, in Ben's place stands a humanoid creature, with black skin, covered in green, circuit-like streaks covering his body, with a single eye, with the hourglass symbol now being placed on his body. "Upgrade? I guess he works." Suddenly, one of the robots reveals itself. The machine has large shield-like plates covering it's arms, and it's hands are designed to function as mini-guns, and it was racing around on a single wheel. "A 1-ponter."

The bot rushes at Upgrade, who grabs the bot, and covers the machine with its hands, which are beginning to turn slime-like. Suddenly, Upgrade charges his body with electricity, and the machine explodes.

"Ok, now to-" Out of nowhere, a gang of 1- and 2-pointers appears from around the corner and locks onto Upgrade. The 2-pointer has four legs, a head perched on a long neck, and a scorpion-like tail. Upgrade's arms shape-shift into tendrils, who begin gripping onto five of the bots, and once more charge them with electricity, deactivating them. One of the 2-pointers begins digging into the ground and vanishes from Upgrades view. He suddenly lunges at one of the 1-pointers, and his body begins slithering and covering the bot's body. The thing's armor plating grows bigger, it's body grows spikes, and it's mini-guns are now turned into laser turrets. Upgrade, now controlling the machine, begins warming up the bot's weapons.

Upgrade

This nanite-based creature can merge with tech and machinery, and then enhance it far beyond its previous capability! His body is also very maleable and therefore he can shift to take on all kinds of shapes and sizes!

Suddenly, from behind him, the 2-pointer digs out from underneath Upgrade, and tries to stab him with its tail. Before it can reach him, he dashes backwards, dodging the attack. He responds by aiming it's weapons at the 2-pointer, and blasting it, filling the machine with holes. The thing collapses. Upgrade proceeds to count all the points he has collected. "That's 13 points. Nice." He stays in the 1-pointer's body as he continues his search for more points.

Eventually, he reaches more bots who, to his surprise, are floating high into the air. A girl with brown hair looks to be struggling with exhaustion and nausea, producing grunts of strain. Suddenly, she presses all her fingers together and the bots fall to the ground, smashing them into pieces. 'Must be her quirk.' Ben thinks for himself. Suddenly a 3-pointer lands in between the two. The thing is rectangle-like, with large bulky arms. On top of it, there are two hexagonal missile-launchers. It turns to Upgrade, but it does not seem to recognise him as a challenger, and instead goes for the girl, who is still exhausted from over-using her quirk.

Upgrade aims it's laser turret at the 3-pointer, and blasts it. The thing turns around, realizing that the 1-pointer before it, is actually an enemy. It prepares the missile launchers, but Upgrade blasts them off with two powerful laser blasts. upgrade shoots him again, aiming for his face this time, and it collapses. The girl looks up at Upgrade, who drives past her. "Ok, Now it's 16 points." He turns a corner, and sees a gang of robots being chased away by a group of other people. Upgrade electrifies the 1-pointer he was possessing, before jumping onto a 3-pointer, and merging with it instead. The missiles in the missile launchers get charged with plasma-like energy, making them jitter with power. It's palms grow large laser-blasters, and it's knuckles grow sharp spikes.

"I'm into this upgrade!" The missile launchers begin blowing away a bunch of the other machines. While destroying them, he calculates the points he has collected. "9 more points. Now I have 22 points." He continues launching missiles at the crowd of bots dashing at him. The other humans are confused at the fact a bot was fighting the other bots, before they realize it is actually another contestant. After he finishes the massacre, he calculates his total… "53 points!"

A group of adults are resting in their observatory, watching the monitor showing the destruction on the fields. The monitor is covered in camera-feeds, showing off the contestants.

A rat-like individual was the first to speak. "This batch has a large number of impressive contestants… quite unfortunate only a few of them will pass…"

A woman with purple hair murmerade an agreement. "Mmm… Although many kids these days rely on brute force alone, quite a handful of these kids are quite tactical, using stealth to surprise their foes, or ensuring they get enough points by locating larger batches of enemies." She spoke while her attention was on an invisible student, who was currently sabotaging a machine by tearing out it's wiring, and a large boy with six webbed arms.

A man, seemingly made up of concrete, spoke next. "Although some of these kids might have bitten off more than they can chew…" He was specifically referring to a purple-haired boy, who had currently less than 7 points, and a green-haired one with 0.

Mic, who had been oddly quiet for a while, finally speaks. "ARE YOU IGNORING THE KID WHO TURNED INTO THAT CIRCUITY BLOB?! HE IS SHREDDING THESE ROBOTS BY USING ONE OF THEM AS A PUPPET!"

A man, who was seemingly missing both lips and gums, responds. "It is an odd quirk. It seems to be a transformation type, which also allows him to control technology… Do you have access to his file, Nezu?"

The rat, who's name is apparently Nezu, reaches for a secret compartment underneath his chair, and pulls out a yellow file with Ben's name on it. "I do, actually." He opens it, and pulls out a paper filled with text. Everyone in the room turns their attention to the rat. "It says here that his quirk is called Omni-Form… His quirk grants him the ability to transform between many different forms… each one with their own set of abilities…"

Everyone is surprised by this information. A skinny, hunched man, with a large yellow mask, resembling an excavator claw, finally breaks the silence. "How… how many forms… does he have?"

"When his quirk first manifested, he had 10 forms, but as of now, it seems to be about 20…"

"Kan, Aizawa…"

A man in a red skin-tight suit, and a man wearing a gray scarf turns their attention to the individual asking for their attention.

"Depending on which one of you gets the pleasure of being his teacher, I ask you to collect as much information on the boy's power as you can, and give it to me…"

"Why?" The man with the red suit asks them.

"I just need to figure something out… it's… complicated…"

Nazu turns to the other adults, as he speaks up. "Vlad, Eraser Head… please fulfill your coworker's request."

The room goes quiet. Before either of the men can reply, Mic realizes he's forgotten the time, and hurries to turn on the microphone.

"3 MINUTES REMAINING!"

"Not a lot of time left… Might as well go nuts!" Upgrade releases the possession on the 3-pointer, while destroying it. "56" He lifts his arms, and they shift, and grow into weapons. His left arm shifts into a rectangular square, covered in spikes, resembling a shield. While his right hand becomes a sphere, covered in spikes, resembling a mace.

He jumps into the air and lands onto a group of 2- and 3-pointers, crushing the things, and slashing them up. "69 points… nice…" He jumps into the air once more, and slithers along the ground, before pouncing on a one- and two-pointer, smashing them. "72!"

Just as he says that, an explosion is heard. He turns around and sees a humongous robot. It is bigger than the tallest buildings in the battlefield. It's head is rectangular, with six red eyes. It's arms are large and bulky, and in place of legs, are large continuous tracks. "The 0-pointer!" Everyone turns around, and dashes away, filled with terror. No way anyone here could stop that thing… well… Ben could… but… like Mic said, It's a waste of time.

"Time to move!" But, before he can turn away, he sees that the brown-haired girl was stuck under a bunch of rubble. 'Is she going to be crushed? I should do something.' Before he can even take a step towards her, he sees the green-haired boy fly through the air at incredible speed, launching straight for the 0-pointers face. The second he hits the thing, it begins to topple over, with explosions erupting all over its body.

Everyone is starstruck, incapable of moving an inch, as the 0-pointer falls to the ground. Suddenly, the green-haired boy begins falling to the ground. The boy begins falling towards the ground… but he doesn't look right. His legs and right arm are flailing and wobbling as if the bones are shattered. Upgrade begins rushing to catch the boy, hoping to get there in time. Suddenly, the symbol on his body begins blinking and beeping, before another flash of light appears, forcing him back into his human form.

"NO!" Ben is back to normal, and is screaming out in horror knowing he can't save this boy from his demise. Right as the boy is about to hit the ground, before he is slapped by the brown-haired girl, who is resting her body on a piece of the smashed 0-pointer. The boy began to float in mid-air. She then pushed her fingers together, deactivating her quirk, letting the boy fall to the ground. "Thank god." Ben sighs in relief.

"Times… UP!" Everyone hears Mic's voice fill the battle area.

"Welp, I hope I got enough points." Ben mumbles to himself

"Is everyone okay?" The voice of an elderly woman catches the attention of everyone. It was the Pro Hero, Recovery Girl, the U.A.'s school nurse, who's quirk allows her to accelerate the healing of those she kisses. She has gray hair, tied into a bun, and she wears a lab coat. She has a cane, designed to resemble a syringe, and a pink helmet, leaving the top of her head uncovered.

She hands everyone some gummies, before restoring the green-haired boy, whose arm and legs were indeed broken. Later, everyone is sent home, and informed that the letter of their possible acceptance would arrive in a week or less.

Ben sits by a table in his room, which he would live in until he graduated U.A… if he gets in, that is. After a week, the letter does indeed arrive, just like they said, although it is pretty heavy for a piece of paper.

"Alright... let's do this" Confidently, as usual, he opens the letter as if it's not the most crucial part of his future. Inside is a flat, round disk. He lifts the thing, and begins inspecting it. Suddenly, it activates. "JESU-" The disk projectes a video of the mouse-like creature, Nezu, although his ears are rather bear-like, and his paws are like those of a dog, with a cat-like tail.

"Hello Ben Tennyson! It is I, Nezu! Am i a mouse, a bear or a dog, doesn't matter, because I'm the principal!" He says with a jolly tone.

'The principal, huh... he's so small.'

"Now then. I have many things to say. Whether they are good, or bad, you will know momentarily. First of all… you passed the written test. Very well-done."

'Well… that's good!'

"And… you got 72 points, which puts you in second place in the exam's results… which means you've passed… "

He sits back, and breaths a sigh of relief, even though he seemed fairly confident the entire time, he was still a bit worried, but now he can finally chill.

"Now, I'm sure you're ecstatic that you've passed, but I have more to say… "

"Huh?"

"You would have gotten second place, had we only judged you on villain points… but... we also have rescue points… should you ever assist another contestant during the test, a group of pro heroes, would take the roles of judges, and use their expertise on heroics to decide how well you fare in protecting those in need… you earned yourself 24 rescue points, which places you in first place! Congratulations Ben Tennyson! And welcome to U.A. Academy!"

Ben grins, his body filling with determination, and even more confidence... maybe a little too much...

Finally, on the road to be a hero… literally, he's walking down the road leading to U.A. As he reaches the gates to the school, he spots that green-haired kid. The one who destroyed the 0-pointer.

Both him and the boy had their school uniforms. Mostly gray, with some blue stripes on their sleeves, shoulders and collars. Under their gray uniforms, are white shirts, as well as a red tie.

'I should probably say hi.' He runs up to the boy to greets him. "Sup!" The boy jumps out of surprise from the sudden greeting.

"O-oh… H-hi!" The boy stutters, sweat dripping down his face

"Sorry for spookin ya. Names Ben Tennyson. You?"

"Oh... hi... I'm Izuku Midoriya. Your name... it's... unique..."

"Oh, yeah, I'm from America. I'm just here to take on the greatest hero cource, from the greatest hero school: U.A."

"Oh, what class are you in?"

"Class 1-A."

"Me too!"

"Oh, cool... I saw what you did during the entrance exam. You were amazing back there!"

"O-oh, t-t-t-thank y-you!" Midoriya was instantly overwhelmed by the sudden compliment.

"Yeah. I tried to catch you when you started falling, but I timed out."

"T-Timed out?"

"Well, my quirk has a sort of time limit. I can transform, but only for a limited time.

The second Ben finishes his explanation, Midoriya's nervous and shy personality dimms, and he pulls out a notebook, inching closer to the american.

"How long can you stay transformed? What can you turn into? What's your quirk called?"

Ben, who is understandably caught off guard by the boy's sudden shift in personality. "C-Can we save the questions for later. I don't want to be late for my first day."

"R-right, sorry…" Izuku backs away, embarrassed, tucking away his notebook, and pen.

"Heh, it's cool, I get it. New kid, with new cool powers. We can talk later about it... I don't want to be late for U.A." He runs towards the school, and Midoriya follows.

The two continue walking, in awkward silence, until they reach their classroom. They both stand in ah before the door, three times their size. They start pondering the possibility of one of their classmates being a giant. Ben takes the lead, and opens the door with his confidence raging like a wildfire spreading through a dry forest.

"Please take your feet off your desk! It's extremely disrespectful, and very unsanitary!" The blue-haired boy from the exam is shouting out a spiky-haired, blond boy.

"What the hell is up with you?! Did your old school shove a stick up your ass? Or were you born like this?!" The blond guy asks, with an intimidating grin on his face.

"What the hell?" Ben is cought off guard by the odd conversation held by the two boys.

"Just my luck…" Midorya sighs in defeat.

"That guy with the glasses… he called you out in the auditorium, right?" Ben points at the blue haired boy.

"Yeah… I was hoping he wouldn't be here…"

As Midoriya finishes talking, the blue haired boy realized that Midoriya and Ben were standing in the doorway. He wandered up to them, raised his hand for a handshake, and exclaimes:

"Hello dear classmates, my name is Tenya Iida!" Ben responds by accepting the handshake

"Ben Tennyson here!"

Now that Ben gets a closer look, he can see Iida's distinct features. He looks very mature for his age, and he is very tall, at least compared to Ben.

"Nice to meet you." He turns to Midoriya, and offers him a handshake as well.

"Eh, h-hi. My name is Izuku Midoriya." He accepts the handshake, although hesitantly.

"I must excuse my rudeness from the entrance exam-"

"I-it's fine, really…"

Iida: "No, it wasn't. I judged you from a single mistake, despite my lack of knowledge of your character. You were capable of foreseeing the resque point system, still being able to pass without a single villain point. I truly misjudged you!"

Suddenly, from behind Ben and Midoriya, a new voice arises. "OH! It's you! The plain-looking one!" Ben and Midoriya turn around, and sees that brown-haired girl from the exam. Now, Ben is getting a second, closer, look at the girl, and spots many new-found features. She has a very round face, with rosy cheeks and light-brown eyes, or, in simpler terms, she's pretty cute.

Midoriya blushes the second he sees the girl, and tries, and fails, to cover it up, as she continues talking "Your punch was amazing!" She starts punching the air, while waving her arm around, trying to present her point.

"Oh, w-w-well… t-t-thanks…" Midoriya continues blushing, and Ben gives Midoriya a sly smirk, who either doesn't notice, or he ignores it. "B-b-b-but, I've gotta thank you for trying to give me some of your points…"

"Huh- How do you know about that?"

"If you've come here to make friends, you can leave." Another voice can be heard from the doorway.

Everyone turns to the doorway, and on the floor resting, is some random homeless guy in a sleeping bag. Everyone in the class starts freaking out at the random dude lying on the ground like some larva.

The man wriggles out of his yellow sleeping bag, revealing himself properly. He is pale, with black, long, and unkempt hair. His eyes are flat and dried, with dark irises. His facial hair is unkempt, much like the hair on his head. He is wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt, with what seems to be a yellow utility belt around his waist. His pants and boots share the color scheme of his shirt, being a deep black. The only thing made out of cloth, not colored black on him, is the long, gray, scarf covering his neck and some of his torso. It's so long, it seems to circle his neck over ten times, like an extremely large serpent trying to strangle someone.

Everyone is caught off guard by the man's arrival.

"Who is this guy?"

"Why does he look so tired?"

"Is this guy a Pro Hero?"

"No Way!"

"He can't be our teacher. Can he?"

"My name is Shota Aizawa, and I'm your homeroom teacher."

"NO WAY!" Everyone shouts.

"Let's not waste any time." He pulls out, what seems to be, a gym uniform out of his sleeping bag. "Put these on, and follow me outside."

'Outside?'

"A quirk assessment test? On the FIRST day?!"

Everyone is standing in the P.E. fields behind the school.

"But, what about orientation? We're going to miss it!" The brown-haired girl shouts.

"If you really want to make it in the big leagues, you can't waste time on pointless ceremonies. Here at U.A. we're not tethered to tradition, which means I'm allowed to rule class as I see fit." Aizawa speaks, barely loud enough to be heard by everyone.

Before anyone has time to protest, Ben butts in.

"Well… it makes kind of sense…" Everyone, confused at his statement, awaits an explanation. "As a pro hero, you are morally obligated to step in should any crimes occur. Whether you want to or not, if you want to do your job well, you have to step in. You can't just expect crime to stop during your breaks."

'Hmm, clever kid…' Aizawa thinks to himself. "Now then. You've all been taking standardized tests all your lives. But you've never gotten a chance to use your quirks in physical exams before. The country is trying to avoid the use of quirks in these tests, so as to not demoralize those with weaker powers, but it's not rational. Tennyson. You got first place and the most points during the entrance exam."

"Eh-" Behind him, the blond-haired boy from earlier is glaring daggers at him, as if he's trying to set Ben on fire with his mind.

"What was your furthest distance throw with the soft ball in junior high?"

"About… 40 meters… give or take…"

"Right. Try throwing it while using your quirk… Anything goes, as long as you stay in the circle…"

"Right." Ben takes the soft ball, and looks into the distance. 'Well… this will be interesting.' He puts down the ball, as he activates the watch, circling through the selection. "Ok, this is our time to shine. Don't mess this up." He dials in a four-eyed entity. The dial vanishes, the face-plate is pushed back back, and the symbol pops out. "Give me Four Arms!" And he slams down on the watch.

Green light engulfs him, and out of the dim light comes a four-armed, red-skinned creature, with two pairs of eyes, with the symbol, once more, resting on his body. Everyone, except for Aizawa, is surprised by the sudden transformation.

He grips the ball, with his two right arms. "Let's do this." He reels his arms back, and throws. The ball shoots through the air like a bullet, flying completely out of sight.

Aizawa pulls out a phone-like device, and shows everyone the results.

"3000 METERS?!"

"WHAT?! I must be getting rusty… I was expecting 4000, at least…" Ben says.

Four Arms

This absolute unit is strong enough to lift objects tens of times as heavy as himself and jump to incredible hights! His four arms give him an advantage in battle, and slamming his hands together will create a powerful shockwave!

"IS HE SERIOUS?!" Everyone is stumped at the red-skinned boy. No way could he be so full of himself. Then again, that is an amazing quirk. A red haired boy with spiky hair, and shark-like teeth, speaks. "Wait, we get to use our quirks freely? This is gonna be great." A girl with pink hair and skin shouts with excitement. "This is going to be so fun!"

"Fun, huh?" Aizawa smiles creepily. "You enter the greatest hero academy in the country, maybe even the world, and expect everything to be fun and games? How about this? Anyone who gets last place, will be deemed a lost cause, and get expelled immediately."

...

"WHAT?!" Everyone is terrified of the possibility. All of their hard work. Their studying, all of their training for the exams… for nothing. The brown-haired girl, the one with the cheeks, shouts out in protest. "We come here the first day, and we get threatened with expulsion? That's not fair!"

"And the real world is? Disasters, death, villains, crime… the world is full of unfairness, and as heroes you are expected to stand up against those tragedies… So step forward… and prove you deserve your place in my class…"

Some people, like Ben, get fired up by the speech, and even more determined to succeed, while others are still shaken from his threat.

"Prove to me that you're Plus Ultra!"

The first test was a 50-meter dash.

This one seemed to be easy enough. You run a 50-meter dash, and you need to go fast. You were also paired up with someone to race with. Either to motivate, or to make everything go quicker. Aizawa did look exhausted.

Everyone had pretty interesting quirks. The blue-haired one, Tenya Iida, had engines embedded in his calves, which let him increase his speed. A girl with green-hair, and an oddly blank expression seemed to have a frog-like quirk, because of her enhanced jumping, and tendency to say the word "Ribbit".

One boy had the odd feature of his hair being split down the middle, the right side white, and the left being red, with a large burn covering his right eye. He used his quirk to produce a wave of ice, which propelled him forwards with great force.

That blond guy, Katsuki Bakugo, could launch explosions from his hands, rocketing himself forwards. When he finished, he grinned at Ben with a smug, yet intimidating grin. 'That's intimidating' Ben thinks to himself.

And then there was Midoriya, who strangely enough didn't use his quirk. Ben kept thinking about what happened to him after destroying the 0-pointer. He was probably trying to avoid using it, so as to not collapse in the middle of a test.

And then… it was Ben's turn

'Ok. This'll be easy, as long as I get the right guy…' Ben thinks to himself as he dials in the right transformation. Next to him stood the person he was too race… She is a pretty girl, or maybe women would be a better way to describe her, as she has very mature features… HER FACE, I MEAN! S-she has very mature f-facial features… y-yeah… a-and her hair and eyes are jetblack, and she has her hair in a spiky ponytail.

He looks back at Bakugo, who is grinning at him creepily. In response, Ben gives him a smug smile, before he continues dialing through his transformations, before stopping on a guy with a romb-shaped head. He activates the device, and slams down, blinding everyone with the green flash of light. In his place stands a blue, velociraptor-like creature, with two, claw-like toes, holding onto black, pearl-like orbs. His head is cone-like, covered with some black material, leaving his face uncovered. He has 3, spike-like fingers, and finally, he has a long, striped tail. "Ok, why are you suddenly giving me the right guy? I was expecting to get, like, Gray Matter. What is up with you?" He mutters to the symbol on his chest, which produces a little churp, kind of like a giggle.

Once more, everyone is surprised by his transformation, but now more so than before. 'Does he have multiple forms? What kind of overpowered quirk is this?!' Although, one person seems to be jittering with excitement. Midoriya, who has forgotten his lack-luster results in the 50-meter dash, is speachlessly staring at Ben, as he slowly pulls out a notebook, and starts taking notes.

Next to him, stands Bakugo, who seems to be steaming with anger… literally… his hands are steaming, as if about to release an explosion. Ben gives him another smug grin, and sticks his tongue out, which makes Bakugo's hands glow and spark.

Ben gets in a running stance, and in response, the girl next to him shakes off her confusion, and does the same. Suddenly, a whistle sound is heard from the machine used to calculate their time, signaling them to start. Before the girl can move an inch, a gust of wind forces up a cloud of dust, blinding her. "0.1 seconds." The machine exclaims. The girl activates her quirk, and a metal pole shoots out of her hand, which she aims to launch her forwards. "4.2 seconds." Next to her, past the finish line, stands Ben, hands on hips. He turns to her. "You did well, but not a lot of people can keep up with XLR8…" He lifts his right arm, and points a claw to himself.

XLR8

This speedster can move at earth-shattering speeds, and his sharp claws can slice through flesh with ease! He can also see things from a slowed down perspective, as if seeing things in slow motion, granting him enhanced reaction time!

Now, everyone is going crazy, and couldn't keep quiet. "0.1 SECONDS?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!" Before they can take even a single step, an intimidating presence catches their attention. Aizawa is glaring at them with red, illuminating eyes, with his hair shooting up. Everyone backs away, quieting down. They'll just have to ask later.

Behind everyone, is a very furious blond, with very much flaming hands. 'I'm gonna KILL that damn freak…' he turns his attention to the green-haired boy. 'Same goes for you… Deku…'

Next was a Grip Strength test.

And once again, Ben is stealing the show. He is now a green, plant-like creature, with four, tentacle-like, roots for legs, and the maw of a Venus Flytrap where his head should be. Inside it, is his real head, with a small spike sticking from his head, and a single, glowing, eye.

The machine that was to calculate one's grip strength, was being ensnared by tendrils and roots. His arm was splitting and duplicating into vines, which were snaring around the hand holding onto the device.

"WOAH! 462 KG?! That's so manly!" A red-haired boy exclaimed, checking out Ben's results.

"Heh, thanks. I could have gotten better results with Four Arms, but I don't like using the same guy twice…" 'Well, actually I do, I just got the wrong transformation… I regret scolding the watch now…' Ben thinks to himself.

"Four Arms? You mean that red guy, right? He was awesome! Name's Kirishima, by the way!"

"Yeah… I like naming my transformations, but my real name is Ben! This guy is called Wildvine though"

Wildvine

This plant-based alien cen regenerate from nearly any form of damage, as well as grow explosive fruit from his back. He can also enhance then length of his limbs and he can dig through ground with little to no effort.

Midoriya is looking at Ben. He wants to ask him about his quirk, but he is too worried to think about it. He is getting too lackluster results, and he is getting worried about Aizawa's threat from earlier.

"HOLY CRAP! 540 KG?! Are you a gorilla?!" Ben and Midoriya both look to where the sound came from, and see a black-haired boy, with weird elbows, talk to a big, six-armed guy.

Now Midoriya is even more worried.

Standing Long Jump

'I see… you're trying to show off all of our forms…' Ben is gurgling and barking at the watch's symbol. He is now a dog-like creature, with orange fur, no eyes, and gill-like organs on his throat. He has once more turned into the wrong alien, despite dialing in Four Arms. 'And Wildmutt is still a pretty good transformation for this test.'

He crouches down on all fours, and the gills on his throat begin to absorb scents and vibrations, and in his head, he gets a perfect picture of his surroundings. Then he leaps into the air, and flies across the sandbox, and lands on the other side. 'Easy.' He barks out confidently, before hitting the symbol, and transforming back into a human. 'This is going well!'

Wildmutt

He can climbs walls, jump high and is stronger then any normal dog. He may be blind, but all of his other senses are sky-high, letting him still see with his enhanced sense of smell and echolocation!

Repeated Side Steps

Now, he is a small, rodent-like alien, who he called Ditto. He has three fin-like growths on his head. One on the top of his head, one on the left side of his head, and one on the right. He has four fingers, and Shiny growths on his arms and belly.

While half of the girls were shouting about how adorable he was, he started to duplicate. Three clones. One in the middle, was thrown between one on the right and one on the left. One pushes him to the other one, and the other one pushes him back. Back and forth, back and forth, until he got to 73, which is when the one being thrown around almost threw up, and cried out to stop the test.

The ditto that had been thrown around collapses onto the ground. "Ugh… I don't feel so good…"

Another Ditto speaks to the one on the ground. "Stop being so dramatic, you're fine!"

A third Ditto speaks up, trying to defend the one on the ground "We should give him some time to recover!"

"What do you mean recover? He's just dizzy!"

The Ditto on the ground shouts at the other two. "Ugh- SHUT UP! I'm trying to sleep…"

"Cry me a river..." Suddenly, the Ditto lying on the ground bites hard into his arm, as the other two Dittos cry out in pain. "OW! Asshole!"

"Who's crying now?"

"Can you two please stop fighting."

The first two Dittos shouts at the third one. "SHUT UP!"

Ditto

He can clone himself to an unlibited extant, and his body is elastic and fairly malleable body lets him survive most physical trauma and violence. He can also breath underwater and he has very sharp claws!

"Return to the others… NOW!" Aizawa's eyes are gleaming red, and his hair is standing on end.

"YES SIR!" The Dittos salute in unison

Suddenly the Dittos merge back together, and Ben transforms back into a human.

"Warning, sudden change in genetic structure identified!" His watch chirps in Ben's voice, which makes Aizawa blink in surprise, and make his red eyes turn black again, and for his hair to fall back down, at which point, the watch speaks again. "Genetic structure has returned to its original state, do you wish to reactivate the transformation function?"

"Uhm… Yes?" Ben says hesitantly.

"Affirmative. The transformation function is back online." Everyone is quiet… confused by the watch's talking…

"Weird."

"What just happened?" Aizawa asks with an irritated tone, demanding an answer.

"O-oh… w-well…" 'Breath Ben. Breath! You already have a cover story.' "My quirk stopped working… and the watch told me… because I need it to control… My quirk..." 'Please buy it, please buy it…'

"…Return to the others…" The pro says tiredly.

'Thank god' "You got it!"

Ball Throw

Everyone got interesting results on this one. A kid with big lips ate some sugar, before throwing the ball, and launching it 376 meters. A guy with a tail, threw the ball into the air, and used his tail to bat it away, sending it 82 meters away. The dude with the crow-head summoned a jetblack creature, which grabbed the ball, and threw it 235 meters.

The brown-haired girl, Ochako Uraraka, used her quirk on it, sending it away, with Aizawa's device showing an infinity symbol. Then… There was Bakugo, who charged his throw with a huge explosion, sending it a whopping 705.2 meters. Although all of these throws were impressive, they were nothing compared to Ben's throw from earlier… well, except for Uraraka. Bakugo was pissed that his throw was nothing compared to Ben's, but at least he would still crush Deku… 'F*cking Deku… he thinks he's so damn good, even though he's quirkless… he keeps going, even though he's nothing compared to me…'

"Let's hope Midoriya works up the courage to use his quirk. This might be his last shot…" Ben says with a worried tone.

"What the hell are you talking about you Shifting Bastard? He's quirkless!" Bakugo says with a scowl.

"Shifting Bastard huh? That's a new one… wait- Quirkless?! What are you talking about, he has a quirk, and a crazy powerful one at that!"

"Indeed! He destroyed the 0-pointer in one punch." Iida says.

"It was super cool!" Uraraka shouts.

As they are talking, Midoriya us preparing for his throw. And now, he needed to use his quirk, unless he wanted to get expelled. This is the best test to put it to use! Everyone returns their attention to him, as he reels his arm back… and throws it! And nothing… it lands just about 30 meters away… 'W-what?! I'm sure I tried to use it just now…'

"I erased your quirk…" Aizawa speaks as his eyes glows red, and his hair stands on end once more. His scarf unravels, slithering and moving around, as if alive, revealing a pair of yellow goggles hanging around his neck.

"T-those goggles… Y-Your the eraser hero… Eraser Head… Your quirk allows you to deactivate someone's quirk by looking at them…"

The rest of Class 1-A overhears Midoriya, and begins talking. Most people in the group have never heard of him, which isn't a surprise. He hates the media, and prefers to work undercover. He is rarely mentioned, and when he is, not a lot is said about him.

'Well that explains why I was turned back into a human…' Ben thought…

"You are clearly not prepared for the hero course…" Aizawa is staring down Midoriya, his eyes still gleaming blood-red "Based on what I saw on the entrance exam, it's clear to me… you have no control over your power… were you going to break your body once more, and rely on someone else to help you?"

"W-what? O-of c-course n- '' Before Midoriya can finish, he is pulled in close by the scarf, as Aizawa continues.

"You put yourself at risk, and you ruin yourself with the power you need to be a hero… you couldn't possibly save someone with that kind of quirk. You're too reckless… much like another hero I know…" His attention is caught by the silhouette of a large man, poking out from around a nearby corner… "one who became a legend, and changed the world in less than a year… but if you want to be a hero, you need to be able to do more than just throw one punch… so I'm sorry Izuku Midoriya… but you can't be a hero…"

Midoriya's gaze falls, his heart dropping, and hope dimming… What now? "I returned your impractical quirk… make your final throw, and make it quick…" Aizawa releases Midoriya, and returns to the side, to watch Midriya's failure… 'I usually don't expel my students permanently, but I would be doing this kid a favor. What kind of hero cripples themselves with their own quirk? He would die within the hour of graduation…' He sighs as he pulls out an eyedrop from his pocket. 'what a waste of power…'

"I wonder if he gave Midoriya some advice…" Iida ponders.

"Probably told him to pack his bags… he doesn't belong here…" Bakugo speaks.

"Shut up…" Ben says with an irritated tone.

"YOU SHUT UP, YOU SHAPE-SHIFTING FREAK!"

Midoriya is too focused to hear anything from the crowd… "Should I use my quirk… or… give up? Even if I use my quirk, I don't think it will be enough to make it, and if I break my arm, Aizawa might expel me no matter what... I... can't do this... No… I HAVE TO DO THIS!' He grits his teeth, and tightens his grip on the ball, and he gears up for the throw…

'What a waste…' Aizawa thinks to himself.

He reels his arm back… but doesn't activate his quirk. He leans forward, putting speed into the throw, and as his hand shoots forwards, his index finger… starts glowing… he let's go of the ball, and let's it fly… It shoots away, as air, dust and sand is blown in all directions, and the ball is launched into the distance, disappearing from view!

Aizawa looks at the results, and sees that Midoriya's throw only sent the ball a tenth of a meter further than Bakugo… 'That's odd… if he used his quirk in his whole arm, then it should have gone a lot further than that… unless…'

"Aizawa…" Midoriya calls out to his teacher who looks up from the screen, and grins at what is before him. Midoriya is smiling, tears forming in the corners of his eyes, and his index finger is broken. The second the ball was about to fly off, Midoriya charged the last part of his body which was in contact with the ball… his finger, which minimized the damage, but powering up the force incredibly. "I-i'm still… standing!"

"This kid…" Aizawa can feel the determination emanating from the boy. 'I guess he isn't as worthless as I thought…'

"Way to go Midoriya!" Ben shouts!

"Wow! He's finally showing us his true power!" Uraraka shots as well.

"What a thow… But it seems to have damaged his body… what an odd quirk…" Iida says.

"Either a permanent draw-back to the power, or his quirk is just too much for his body to handle…" Ben hypothesizes.

While everyone is busy commenting on Midoriya's impressive throw, and bizarre weakness, one person is deathly quiet… Bakugo's eyes are burning with hatred, thirsty for the blood of the green-haired boy… 'That little s*it… he lied to me… ever since we were kids, he has been looking down on me, but I never thought he would keep his power hidden from me, pretending to be weak… to make me look STUPID!'

"Deku…" Bakugo's uncharacteristically quiet, yet ominous, tone catches everyone's attention, including Midoriya's and Aizawa's. Before anyone can react, he launches forwards, his glowing hands pointed at Midoriya.

"TELL ME HOW YOU DID THAT, OR YOU'RE DEAD!" He is less than a meter from Midoriya, who is screaming, tears of fear spurting from his eyes. As Bakugo's hand connects with Midoriya's face… nothing happens… Bakugo is staring at his hand in confusion, expecting Midoriya's face to have burned off. "What the hell is wrong with my-" Before he can finish his sentence, a white scarf snares around his body, restraining him, and pulling him away of Midoriya.

"W-what the hell… What is this?" He turns his gaze, and spots Aizawa. His scarf is now slithering around once more, but this time, one end is holding onto Bakugo, keeping him away from the crying, green-haired boy.

"It's a capture weapon, made from carbon nanofiber, and a special metal alloy." Aizawa's eyes are red once more, but now, coupled with an aggravated scowl, it's even more intimidating than it was before. "Stand down! Using my quirk for too long gives me a serious dry eye…"

"Bummer. That quirk is amazing!" Everyone says.

Bakugo scowls at his teacher, before backing away from Midoriya, and in return, Aizawa releases him, and his eyes return to normal. "Both of you, return to your classmates." Bakugo begrudgingly walkes back to the class, with Midoriya sneaking around him, as if afraid to set him off again.

"Nice throw man! How-" Before Ben can finish, Uraraka does it for him.

"How's your finger?! It looks really bad!"

"I-it's f-fine… I s-swear…" Midoriya says, still with tears running down his cheeks.

"I can't believe how wrong I was." Ben, Midoriya and Uraraka turn to Iida with confused expressions. "To think, I took you as a fool during the exam. I've barely gotten to know you, and yet you're already proving how wrong I was."

"I-it was n-nothing, really!" Midoriya is blushing, while waving his arms, as if trying to waft away everyone's compliments.

"Oh, it was definitely something. Something crazy! So much power in just your finger! What an amazing power!" Ben exclaims.

"Heh… t-thanks… but your power is amazing too! I wonder what else you can do..."

"Oh, I can do a LOT!

For both the sit ups and the seated toe touch, Ben decided that transforming was a waste, and stayed human for both of them.

The Distance Run

"This should be pretty easy. XLR8, please." Ben dials in the romb-headed form, and slams down on the watch. He transforms into a large, bear-like creature. His body is white, with thick, organic, yellow armor covering his back, his hands, shoulders, and hips. He is missing a head, so his face is placed on his stomach, and in place of fingers, he has four claws.

"Cannonbolt? Eh, good enough…" He once more gets in a running stance, standing beside his classmates. "Hope you guys are hungry, because you're going to eat my dust."

"AS IF YOU DAMN SHAPE-SHIFTER! I'M GONNA BLOW YA' TO HELL!" Bakugo shouts.

"Hehe, you're funny! Good luck with that! Cannonbolt's hyde is practically impenetrable!"

Cannonbolt

He can curl into a ball, to then roll about at exessive speed! His yellow carapace is indestructable, being immune to any and all damage in his spherical form. He is also very strong and has an enhanced immunity to vertigo!

"R-really?! What else can you-" Midoriya is interupted by the explosive blond.

"SHUT THE HELL UP DEKU!"

"S-sorry, Kachan…"

"Begin!" Aizawa shouts... or, maybe not shout... more like mumbled.

Ben, or Cannonbolt if you will, curls up into a sphere, kind of like a pillbug, his body completely covered in his yellow carapace. He begins rolling, speeding up quickly. Beside him is Iida, who is using his quirk to keep up, Bakugo, who is propelling himself with his explosions, the girl from the 50-Meter dash, who is pushing herself forwards by creating a metal pole to push herself forwards, and the boy with the ice quirk, who is using his power to glide forwards.

"You guys are pretty fast, but you will tire yourselves out eventually! I move by using my weight and momentum, but you guys exert too much energy by using your quirks."

"You're an idiot, you shifting bastard! My quirk turns the sweat on my hands into nitroglycerin, which I ignite on command! The sweatier I get, the stronger my quirk becomes!" Bakugo shouts.

"Oh… Good to know… but I'm still faster!" Ben speeds up, and begins to gain some speed from Bakugo, who begins to increase the size of his explosions.

"Give it up you freak! I'll win this!"

"Sure! Like you won the ball throw? Or the 50-Meter dash? I love what you did after Midoriya proved himself superior to you!"

"I'LL KILL YOU!" Bakugo's hands begin to glow, steaming, and burning, before a massive explosion erupts, launching him past Cannonbolt.

'I might be completely wrong in this assumptions, but if his quirk let's him release explosions, there must mean he is resiliant to them, but there must still be a limit, so hopefully, he'll exhaust himself from over excursion!'Cannonbolt thinks to himself.

Aizawa narrows his eyes. 'Bakugo is forgetting that this isn't a race. This test is supposed to test their stamina, not speed. Now that he's let Tennyson get in his head, he is straining himself, and limiting how much power he can use…' Aizawa is commentating internally.

Before long, Bakugo realizes his mistake. 'Damn… I strained myself too hard! That shifting bastard tricked me! My hands hurt like hell! Damn it!'

"You don't look too good. You should probably slow down!" Cannonbolt shouts from behind the blond.

"S-shut up… y-you s-shifting… b-bastard!"

"Make me!" Cannonbolt zips past Bakugo, along with Iida, the ice-boy and the black-haired girl.

"D-damn it!" Bakugo tries to power up his blasts again, but it results in hand producing a bigger explosion then the other, sending him off course, and he falls flat on his face, and rolls off to the side…

"Bakugo! You're out!" Aizawa shouts.

"God fucking damn it! I'm not done yet!"

"Bakugo!" Aizawa shouts loudly. "Get back here… Now!"

"Damn you…" The blond mutters, before begrudgingly returning to his teacher.

"That was unbelievably satisfying!" Cannonbolt says.

"But it was a very cheap trick!" Iida comments.

"Cheap or not, that asshole had it coming!"

"I can't believe I didn't time out! You're being very generous today!" Ben says to the watch, and it chirps in response.

The test lasted for about fifteen minutes, with Ben and Iida being the last two standing… or running... or rolling. Although Both of them could have lasted much longer, Aizawa lost his patience, and disrupted the test.

"AHHhh…" Ben turns around to see a weeping Midoriya on the ground, covered in sweat and tears.

"You alright man? They are about to show us the results!"

"C-coming…" Midoriya barely gets up, with tears, sweat, and possibly blood soaking his body, and uniform.

Everyone is standing around Aizawa, who is holding the measuring device. "I've ranked you from best to worst, which shouldn't be much of a surprise."

A large tier list appears in the form of a hologram, from the device in Aizawa's hand:

1. Ben Tennyson

2. Momo Yaoyorozu

3. Shoto Todoroki

4. Katsuki Bakugo

5. Tenya Iida

6. Fumikage Tokoyami

7. Mezo Shoji

8. Mashirao Ojiro

9. Eijiro Kirishima

10. Mina Ashido

11. Ochaco Uraraka

12. Koji Koda

13. Rikido Sato

14. Tsuyu Asui

15. Yuga Aoyama

16. Hanta Zero

17. Denki Kaminari

18. Kyoka Jiro

19. Toru Hagakure

20. Izuku Midoriya

"Oh yeah! Number one!" Ben shouts. He checks the list again, and a frown grows over his face, and he turns to a defeated Midoriya. "Oh… sorry bud."

"Oh, and I was lying… No one is getting expelled…" Aizawa says nonchalantly.

"WHAT?!"

He gives everyone a creepy, Totoro-like grin. "It was just a logical deception to make sure you all did your best in the tests!"

"Of course it was." The black-haired girl spoke. "You guys didn't actually think he was going to expel someone on the first day? It was obvious!"

'Obvious, huh?' Everyone thinks to themselves.

"Oh, thank god…" Midoriya falls onto his back, breathing a sigh of relief.

"Ay, lucky you! Good job. And Bakugo got fourth place! This is a good day!" Ben says with pride.

"S-shut the hell up… y-you… s-shifting bastard…" Bakugo says, not only disappointed that midoriya didn't get expelled, but also at the fact that he let Ben trick him.

"No thanks, but thanks for the offer Dyna-boy!" Ben says, hoping to get another reaction out of the nuke.

"YOU WANNA GO?!"

"Eh, not really, but if you're generous enough to throw the first punch, I just might."

"Why you little shi-"

"You may now return to your lockers, change into your school uniforms and return to your classroom. In the classroom are your syllabus. Read them over before tomorrow's classes. And Midoriya… take this, and get the old lady to fix your finger." Aizawa hands Midoriya a slip, as he walks away.

"I'd say it was a pretty successful first day!" Ben says with a grin. "Anyway, I'll see you all later!"

Ben is reading through the information on classes, when the door opens, and Midoriya walks in.

"Sup dude. Second time you've needed saving from the nurse!" Ben says.

Midoriya laughs awkwardly. "Yeah..."

"It's good to see you doing well." Iida walks over to the shy teen, while flailing his arms around like a robot.

"Yeah. Recovery Girl's quirk really is perfect for a nurse!" Uraraka says.

"Yeah... I'm just happy I didn't get expelled." As Midoriya finishes talking, Bakugo pushes past Ben and scowls at Midoriya, before walking out of the classroom.

"He really is just a bundle of joy, isn't he… Well, guess I'm heading home as well… see y'all tomorrow…" Ben walks off, waving goodbye to the colorful trio, who wave back at him. As he exits the classroom, he notices the ice-boy, who exited the classroom just a second after Ben.

Ben, now making eye-contact with the other boy, spots his strange eyes. His left eye's pupil is a light turquoise, while the right one is a very dark gray. "Sup." Ben decides to break the awkward silence, and reaches his hand forwards. "I never introduced myself… and neither did you, actually… I'm Ben Tennyson, although you probably already knew that."

The heterochromic boy stares at Ben's hand, before batting it away, although rather softly. "I don't care for your attempts at pleasantries." He scowls. "I came here to become the best of the best… the #1 hero… and making friends won't help me reach my goal… so move… Now!"

"Oh… can you at least tell me your name?"

"It's Todoroki…" He pushes past Ben, bumping into him with mild force.

"Todoroki? You mean like… the #2 hero?... Endeavor?" Suddenly, Todoroki stops in his tracks, freezing in place, hate filling his body, and his eyes burning with rage. "That's pretty cool… But what's up with your ice quirk then… Did you get it from your mom?"

"Don't speak of my mother so trivially! And Endeavor is not cool! Neither does he deserve the title of the #2 hero!" He stares at Ben, rage filling his eyes, and killing intent radiating off of him. "I will be a true hero! UNLIKE HIM!"

Ben stares at him, shocked… 'What happened to this guy… for him to hate his dad so much… I was never a fan of Endeavor, but for his own kid to despise him this much… what did he do to deserve this hate?' Suddenly, Todoroki blinks, realizing what he just said… and he turns around, and dashes off.

"Wow… he's like… one of those edgy anime characters, with traumatic backstories, that everyone loves… so cool and dramatic!" Ben looks at the teenage boy, as he slowly disappears from sight.

'That's an odd way of describing one's classmate…'Behind Ben, hidden from sight, is Aizawa… He was listening in on the classroom to collect info for his fellow faculty member, but happened to eavesdrop on Ben's and Todoroki conversation. 'But I can't help but wonder what happened between Todoroki and his Father…' He pulls out a notebook, and surveys it's contents. 'Should probably get this to them before they leave.'

In the administration office, sits a few of the teachers, finishing up their shifts with some good ol' fashioned paperwork. On one seat, there sits someone wearing some odd-looking space-suit, with white eyes painted onto the pitch-black visor. They're click-clacking away on their computer, almost finished with their shift, when the door to the office opens.

"Thirteen! I've gotten what you wanted!" Aizawa walks in, heading towards the astronaut, now identified as Thirteen. He hands them a notebook, filled with information on Ben's quirk, and what each of his forms was capable of, based on what he saw in the tests.

"Thank you, Aizawa…" They open the notebook, and skims through the pages.

"I also recorded everything that occurred during the test, in case you required visual info." He pulls out the device he used to measure his student's results, and offers it to Thirteen.

"Ah, thank you!" They activate the device, and checks the visuals collected by the device.

"Just one question… Why do you need all this information?"

"I would like to tell you… but… I… can't…"

Aizawa is quiet, and doesn't speak for a couple seconds. "Whatever… do what you must…" He turns away, and sits down at his workstation, and turns on his monitor.

Thirteen looks at the recordings displayed on the device, and sees a recording of Four Arms doing the ball throw…

'Ben Tennyson… who are you?'

Epilogue

Somewhere, in an unknown location, is a large, red chamber, filled with monitors, each one inspected by humanoid drones. They are bipedal, with orange colored bodies, with red eyes, and plugs sticking from their heads, hands, and torsos. In the middle of the chamber, is a large, throne-like seat, connected to large pipes, filled with some strange red liquid. On the "throne", sits a large figure, their eyes glowing a bright red. Wires and cables are connected to their body, which are injecting fluids straight into their bloodstream. Small, lice-like machines are crawling along his body, stopping once in a while to bito down, and inject a few drops of fluid, kept intheir abdomen.

The figure is staring into nothingness, lost in their thoughts, as they seem to be petting a large, squid-like creature laying next to their throne. It's eyes and fangs glow red, and it's body's a faint turquoise. Suddenly, the one on the throne calls out to the drone closest to them. "Drone! Status report!" Their voice is deep and hoarse.

"The ship is at 63% capacity sir… it will take another earth-month before the ship is ready to leave the system."

"Damn it…"

Suddenly, one of the drones turns their attention to the one on the throne and calls for their attention. "Sir! It seems Tennyson has left The States."

"The boy, or the plumber?"

"The boy, sir…"

"Did anyone follow him?"

"The scans can identify both all of his relative's DNA. They are still here…"

"So Tennyson is all alone? Where?!"

"The country known as Japan, sir…"

The one on the throne goes quiet… they calm down, and do not move an inch for a couple seconds until… "Prepare the engines. We are moving to Japan…"

"Right away sir!"

'You think you can hide, Tennyson? You will regret the day you left your precious companions. You will die in that country… away from home… and away from your precious family…' The figure on the throne grins under their large, black, breathing mask, as a loud whirring echoes through the halls.
