"Huh, is it taking that long?" Li Wei asked, realizing it seemed like he leveled up too easily.
"I only need 5 more XP to level up," Li Xin replied.
"Okay, here, take down this guy," Li Wei nodded, injuring a nearby monster, and asked Li Xin to finish it off.
Li Xin didn't hesitate and killed the monster.

The wyvern's speed was fast; no matter how hard Li Wei tried to run, it was useless. He now regretted being too far away from buildings.
"Damn it!" he cursed and pushed Li Xin away, knowing there was no way.
"Brother!" Li Xin screamed with a pale face; however, because her strength was low, she couldn't control her velocity and only landed safely a distance away from him.

Li Wei didn't have too much time to react as the wyvern reached in front of him and attacked with a claw.
All he could do was cover his face and vitals before getting sent flying by the claw attack and landing with a hard thud.
"Fuck!" Li Wei cursed as blood flowed from his mouth.
However, to his surprise, his injuries weren't that serious but before he could even rejoice.
*Ghawaa!*
The wyvern screamed in anger, realizing that Li Wei was not dead and launched another attack with full speed.
"Damn it!" Li Wei tried to move, but due to his minor injuries, his body didn't react quickly enough. He could only watch as the wyvern attacked him again.
"Fire Ball!"
At this moment, Li Xin, who had poured all her mana into her right hand, chanted. Her eyes filled with anger as she looked at the wyvern.
*Boom!*
The fireball struck the wyvern before its attack reached Li Wei.

The wyvern grew even angrier and charged directly at Li Xin with a roar.
