Boom!!
A giant axe materialized out of nowhere. Its size was so massive that it easily blotted the sky. It looked as if it were made out of energy; it was purely golden with scarlet runes adorning its body.
However, the axe hacked a little too fast for anybody to truly appreciate its appearance. Outsiders will only see a massive streak of golden light cleaving the entire world in half, which was then followed by a cataclysmic explosion.
Three islands were severed cleanly in half. The severing light even split the ocean in half, revealing the seabed, which also suffered from the aftermath.
The fault line persisted and radiated such immense force that, even after the islands sank, the waters remained split. Every marine life that dared to approach that line was killed, sliced apart by the lingering intent left by the axe strike.
Way above the skies, Cedric looked at the result of his recent actions with an impassive and indifferent gaze.
