"Not interested." Isabella Lindsey didn't want to say another word.
"Really?" Julian Johnsons smirked wickedly.
"May lightning strike if I'm lying." Isabella turned her back to him.
"No need for oaths."
Julian suddenly turned as well, reaching across her chest, and said enigmatically, "I can tell just by feeling your heartbeat."
"Get away!"
Isabella sprang up and got out of bed, "I knew you weren't behaving. I'm going to sleep on the sofa!"
"You're not allowed to go."
Julian moved swiftly, blocking her path, faster than her, proving his strength. He stood wickedly and said, "I won't touch you. Just sleep well."
"I don't believe you." Isabella stubbornly wanted to leave.
Yet she was blocked by a towering wall of a man—
