"Not interested." Isabella Lindsey didn't want to say another word.
"Really?" Julian Johnsons smirked.
"If I'm lying, let lightning strike me." Isabella turned her back to him.
"No need to swear an oath."
Julian suddenly turned, his expression unfathomable, "Just feel your heartbeat and you'll know."
"Move away!"
Isabella instantly jumped up, got off the bed, "I knew you weren't behaving, I'm going to sleep on the sofa!"
"Don't go."
Julian moved swiftly to block her way, faster than her, showing his profound strength, standing there with a wicked charm, "Sleep well."
"I don't believe you." Isabella stubbornly tried to leave.
But she was blocked by a tall human wall—
Thankfully, in the pitch dark, nothing could be seen.
"I said, you're not allowed to leave."
The man repeated his command, domineering and unrestrained, allowing no defiance.
"This is my home, I have the freedom to choose." Isabella wasn't ready to compromise easily.
"Really?"
