The director stayed put until she finished applying the setting powder, showing no intention of leaving. The makeup artist was anxious inside but couldn't find an opportunity to finish what she had started saying, and she was also afraid Olivia Lewis might ask her in front of the director what she wanted to say earlier.
Amidst her anxiety and worry, the setting was completed.
"Finally done, Ms. Lewis. Everything outside is ready, just waiting for you. I'll be waiting for you outside, hurry up, okay?" The director stepped to the doorway and waited there.
Olivia Lewis stood up, glanced at the visibly uneasy makeup artist, opened her mouth, and softly asked, "What did you want to tell me earlier? What's wrong with this commercial?"
The makeup artist hesitated, looking at her, then sneaked a glance at the director standing right at the door, bit her lower lip, and after some hesitation, shook her head and said, "Noth... nothing."
