James Black murmured a response, turned his head, and his gaze landed on Jane Sampson's bare feet on the floor, his eyebrows furrowed, "Go put your shoes on."
"No way~ It's so hot~" Jane Sampson shook her head, and before James Black could say anything else, she swiftly turned around and ran off, laughing and teasing as she went, defying James Black's nerves with her laughter.
A few minutes later, Jane Sampson had a large bowl of tomato beef noodles in front of her. She took the chopsticks from James Black's hand and immediately ate a piece of beef, her face full of satisfaction, "The food in the southland and Northland is really quite different; even the beef is not quite the same."
Having said that, Jane Sampson looked up and asked James Black, who sat across from her eating his noodles, "Tomorrow is Saturday. You're not going back to the guard team, right?"
