The servant happened to come out of the kitchen and explained the situation to the woman: "This is Miss Williams, a friend of the young master's who is staying here temporarily."
Brynn Williams nodded slightly to the woman, "Hello, I'm Brynn Williams."
The woman didn't think much of it and responded with a hearty smile: "Hello, I am Reese Bernard, Kobi Taylor's girlfriend."
Brynn thought Reese had a nice personality, looking people straight in the eye, and Reese's eyes were clear and bright, which indicated that Kobi Taylor had good taste.
The two women quickly started chatting animatedly, and their friendship formed just as quickly.
Reese had a straightforward temperament, and seeing her reminded Brynn of her old friend Bella Scott, so she felt even more fondness towards Reese.
"When I first saw you, I thought Kobi might be keeping a mistress behind my back," Reese shared her first impression of Brynn.
But then she saw Brynn's candid gaze and knew she was overthinking it.
